Because Republicans are conservative and racists.  Democrats are the representatives for African Americans.  They would make sure the state doesn't abuse them like slave owners abused their ancestors.

Democrats for minorities - Reublicans for white privilege

Democrats for equality - Republicans for inequality

Democrats for civil right - Republicans against civil rights

So if only there was a democrat Prosecuter in Ferguson and NYC, those cops would have been indicted.  Like you said, a good Prosecuter could indict a ham sandwich.

African Americans need to vote harder. They need to vote Democrat, because this type of police violence wouldn't happen in Democrat run cities.  And if it did happen, a Democrat prosecutor would bring justice to cops that terrorize the black community.

Yes...I can't wait until next November to cast my vote and start fixing these problems that were created by voting.  Until then, we'll just have to watch cops kill and abuse people and prosecutor fail to indict them.  Hopefully next November 51% of the voting public is against cop homicides.
