As a dog lover and member of a rescue group, I have "ZERO" tolerance for any
person that would harm a dog or even voice that they would. Tie up the dog
to a pole overnight/should have pepper sprayed a dog that was not
in anyway a threat to you is pure ignorance and intent to harm a dog.
I am totally justified in stepping up for the animal that cannot speak for themselves
by pointing out your intended abusive actions, and the fact that you don't even realize
how wrong those intentions were.  That is ignorance and you are a poster child.

Now go ahead and continue to avoid your indiscretion and not accept
ownership and learn from your errors by pointing fingers away from
yourself...that's what you do everyday. It explains why you are in the
rut of a life you are in and not able to climb out. It's never you, it's always someone else!

The dog wasn't simply standing on my property, he was barking scratching and clawing at my front door.

My wife was terrified.

He was inside my front door and on my porch, his barking was causing my dogs to react to the threat of a menacing dog on my porch.

If the dog had gotten inside my second door and started fighting with my dogs, he would have been stopped in his tracks with the use of whatever force was necessary.
