OK Bubby... One more time... (probably for the 10th time)... Saddam DID have WMD's. We absolutely know this to be true because Ronny the Ray Gun sold/gave them to him. That was never a debate... It's a FACT.
NOW to the question of whether Saddam still had WMD's at the Bush run up to the Iraq war. There was never any evidence that Saddam still had operating WMD's when Bushy was pounding the WMD drum. Every weapons inspectors report said that they are either too degraded to be useful or that they were already destroyed. So... YES Saddam DID have WMD's... ( a gift from Reagan and Rumsfeld) and he did destroy them, so... At the time of the Bushy WMD claims... (and to the present day) there were none.
