Some of course are, but it should have to be explained that of course they all aren't. These shows are not marketed and designed to "lift" these people or their regions up. Geez...I've watched a few episodes of it.  I never viewed it that way.  What I took away from it was a couple of savvy college graduates that start a business making duck calls, and expanding their brand and becoming successful millionaires, while appearing to maintain their rural religious and cultural roots.

Why would you want to give your hard earned money to a business that looks down on you? If it was me I would want to know if the owner thought I was a piece of $hit because of my race or religion, that way I would go somewhere else where they respected by race or religion and welcomed my business.

Why would religion be brought up in a work place anyways? No job I ever had has asked what religion I am and frankly it is none of their business. And explain to me how atheist are not allowed to live their lives and just be left alone, I know atheist who do just that. Nobody forces them into religion just like nobody can force me not to believe in a higher power. Sorry Parent but atheist are not anymore of a victim then anyone else.
