the whole deal sucks for the people over there as this whole situation is reworked again
this deal would leave 2 vacant old CVS stores in the town for a single new store
only the best plans come out of the Rotterdam planning board - we have Yuille, Severson, Deny and Collins - destroying neighborhoods in a town they have been in for years - fools |

the folks who live in that area are pretty smart and on the ball. they would have been all over this like flies on sh!t.

Odd the 2 properties at the corner CVS owns are NOT for sale -
yet the property the cvs store at five corners is NOT owned by CVS
and the CVS on CHRISLER is owned by CVS
CVS is not leaving the site they are in for over 1/2 a million plus taxes since 2008 - they are better at paying their taxes than mike's hotdogs and some dem party members |

CVS is sitting on the property, taking the loss and a write it off. How many vacant properties does a company like CBRE own? The corner will developed someday but within the footprint of the commercial zoned area not a residential area. Maybe Metroplex will toss some money into the pot for the future owner to purchase from CVS. |
