One of these days, I will expect them to charge a septic fee --- for all those who have septic systems.

Hey, that could happen if there is consolidation

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

It would be an 'opt out' fee.....you are correct.....coercion in government.......

to keep your septic you would have to pay for others to have sewers......interesting concept isn't it?

the communal sh!t pot....insurance is another one.....

what you don't see is number of employees per line for proposed salaries.........taxpayers need to see how many employed in each department...

etc.,   a general line of $$ proposed is not enuf information...

also, most salary increases are not needed.....let them work at less.....do they actually put in 8 hrs work???  nooooooooooo.....

and why do we have to pay Amsterdam Animal ....seems like money could be less spent with local shelters.....

nothing is a surprise.....outrageous budget again.

So now that all of the Dispatchers are county employees and do not fall under the responsibility of the Rotterdam Police Administration when are the salaries of Jim Hamilton and Bill Manikas going to decrease?  With the elimination of the Paramedics and now the Dispatchers from the Rotterdam Police roles, resulting in a 25% drop in personnel to manage, the two over priced administrators who claimed to have overseen those employees should have their pay adjusted accordingly.
