What did I miss?  That Americans are so ignorant that they would believe the CIA blaming Snowden for the Paris bombing that were carried out by people belonging to a terrorist organization created from the US toppling Saddam and Gadaffi?  I didn't miss that point.

No one is blaming Snowden for the attacks- don't be silly cicero. He only showed them how to evade detection .  Maybe he is yur hero ? He just wont be home for dinner

Yes.  I get it.  The US government blames the Snowden leaks for enabling the terrorists(created by US policy of regime change) to evade detection.  And of course the American public will demand more surveillance.
