Accident reconstruction people?   Who were they?   The people that conduct such reconstructions that occur on the Thruway or some municipal street?   Or are they exclusively accident reconstruction people who deal with racing and with sprint cars?    So DV, who are these accident reconstruction people?   What is their experience? and you don't know that they weren't racing experts, do you...so very likely they could have been!]

The FACT is DV, YOU ARE WRONG, that we do NOT know that all information was presented.

There is obviously no conspiracy.  Mr. Stewart didn't do anything wrong except end up on the receiving end of a hot-headed young man's irresponsible, walking on the track tirade.*  Mr, Ward should have known better than to get out of his race car and walk INTO moving traffic on the track.  He learned his lesson the hard way but - as I have said previously - unfortunately the lesson cost him his life.  

* It seems like anyone who is in a public position can find themselves stalked by an irresponsible, hot head - in this case the kid had marijuana in his system -- in other cases the stalker is just a plain old nutcase.
