Religion and politics go together like peanut butter and mustard.

Religion provides the foundational principles and moral compass for making good political decisions.  This is something that most (if not all) of our Founding Parents and most (if not all) of our presidents and other political leaders believed up until recently.

Your analogy is weak -- this one is better -- "Politics without religion is like getting a dollop of mayonnaise in your hand when you order an LTB sandwich."

Your analogy was too wordy, like a joke on Big Bang theory. Could have been witty, but went on too long.

Wasn't meant to be witty.  It was meant to be accurate,

Also, if you watch Big Bang Theory, than you have bery questionable judgement to begin with.

Box believes the liberals they mentioned is like the liberals today, look up "classic liberalism" which many of them were and see if it compares to the scum liberals we have today.

The liberals of the 1770's would be closer to Goldwater conservatives (Conscience of a Conservative conservatives).  Closer to libertarians than neo-conservatives -- and polar opposites of modern day liberals.  Even the "strong central government" advocates among the Founding Parents would have been horrified by the extremism of today's left.

Whose religion?   Sharia law?   Hope you like it when your two mommies have to wear the burqua.  Gee, then how are you going to nurse off of them?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Oh, if that's true, then please explain WHY you keep shaking those pom poms and cheering for DEM politicians in Schenectady to drastically increase the taxes on the financially struggling homeowners in the city to make them pay the taxes of the multimillionaires in downtown, huh??????

If you really believe what you wrote, than explain why you cheer for taking money from the rich and giving it to millionaires downtown?

How come you support taking money from poor people when the money is going to be used NEEDLESSLY to put up a digital sign on a historic building?

Come on, DV, stop pretending you don't read these messages.

You just can't answer us (husband and wife, Mike and Chris) because we prove you wrong ALL THE TIME, and you become SPEECHLESS as you have NOTHING to defend your own comments with AND you have NOTHING WHATSOEVER, not one teeny weeny shred of evidence to discredit anything we say!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go shake those "pom poms" attached to the front of you (yeah, you know which ones I'm talking about)
