All she would need is to register as a "Commissioner of Deeds" in order to carry nominating petitions for another party.  It is not a "trick" and many people from ALL of the political parties have used this perfectly legal device for many years.

The last time I read the U.S. Constitution, we still had the Constitutional Right To Free Speech and Right To Petition granted to EVERY U.S. citizen.  She is exercising her Constitutional Rights.  So who are you to question or deny her those rights?  And, who are you to politicize matters in her personal life?  Oh - yeah - you are one of those nayboobs who want the whole world to adhere to your warped view of reality and are willing to deny Constitutional rights and, even, common courtesy to anyone who disagrees with you and your ilk.
