According to the Times-Union, a computer server in the Albany County office building at 112 State St. has logged 37 million entries on the movements of
thousands of motorists in the Capital Region, or about 42 records for every person in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy metropolitan area

I read a few years back that the average American is captured on some kind of camera 7 or 8
times a day.  
Since that report the number of home, business and govt cameras has no doubt multiplied.

Some for good, some for bad... it's a fact of life in today's society.
