My PTSD plus the on going battlefield in my mind, is only compounded by the war, I am now continuing in, with my return to so called "civilian Life", there is another war within our Nation, that continues to keep me hyper alert, hyperactive always, fearing being under attack, with no weapon to defend myself, against this so called society of civilians, with such abstract ideas, in my own words, "people piss me off", whether yahoo allows, the urine word is yet to be seen.

I have to watch what I say, when I say it, and to whom I say it, I trust no one, and find even my "fellow brotherhood", is not trustworthy as well.

I keep getting fleeced by our government, beliefs, and still I am "still in Vietnam", all over again, and again, as the "predator I have become, as a "duel branch murder", both as combat engineer, devil dog Marine, I have literally been "brainwashed", and at my age, there is no turning back, just what I am, a "military killer, defender of self, and spirit of a freedom fighter, till I die.

I can not, and really don't want to connect, with these screwed up civilian unorganized, grey area butt holes, that keep telling me, what I have to do, to get over my warrior attitude, and stand my ground, career United States battlefield "hitman", for my country, as they continue to re-program me, or attempt against my will, to be what I never want to be another "sheep", lead to their slaughters of this so called civilian world stupidity, by those who I thought were leaders, who don't give a damn, and in fact victimize me, by the "good old boys club",since I was in the military, even using that to screw me, over financially in this disorganized deceitful, business world, of "all about the monies" dictatorship.

I fill constantly "under attack" and remain in a "lock and load" mode, ready to empty my magazine in their "freaking faces", and will remain what I am, to hell with rehab, I am still in war, only the battlefield is daily, and I am not getting any better, if anything only more molded into a lean, clean, killing machine, with different weapons, to fill my insecurity, pissed off attitude that is my deepest "core belief" that is here to stay, and keep these damn civilians at bay!

I feel your pain, harvey. All I can say is that you have more strength and spirit, and fight for right imbedded in you than millions upon millions of so called US citizens today. Be a loner Harvey, but you are NOT alone. Some of us are out there with you.

I'll be honest, the civilian world is full of dumb people. I'm a grad student in atmospheric science, and I've essentially given up on all the climate change deniers. I'd rather be alone than surround myself with suspicious people who tacitly think I'm lying. I met a lot of people in college who are now in the various branches of the military, and I think they were probably just as bored by all the dumb people as I was/am. You may find that the academic types have more in common with you than you might think.

Think About It

Harvey I am a vet 65-66 and I believe some of what you experience comes with getting older as well. I am tired of a society that does nothing but bicker about the most mundane things. As my life comes to an end I am more concerned with what to do with my remaining years when I am so tired of the pettiness of human kind. It is not that I do not like individuals but I am tired of the collective politics and cold hearted system decision making that affects everyone and leaving no one comfortable.

As we are both aware, the government is a cold hearted system that professes to look out for people when we know it is nothing but a lie. This government is built for governing not compassion. That can only be given by individuals not systems. Unfortunately, voters these days think the government is going to look out for them. Well boy they have a rude awaking coming. Just ask a few of us that know the truth.

I never thought that a finite life span was a positive thing. But I can see now even though most do not want it to end, that there is a reason for a life span. That reason is as one becomes older and values in society change it is difficult to live in the current society were those values you hold dearly are no longer recognized and even labeled ridiculous. The US today does not recognize the values I hold dearly and it is therefore more difficult for me to sustain a level of happiness I once had. The movie title "No Country for Old Men" says a lot to me.

YOU POSTED FROM THE COMMENTS SECTION!!!

You do realize that anyone, even you, could go to the comments section and post that you are a
wounded veteran of the US Civil War with PTSD???
QUOTING COMMENTS BY ANONYMOUS ONLINE POSTERS???
Is that your source???

No Bumble... they would be just as irelivant as yours were.

Anyone can post on comments.  They can say anything.  They can lie or tell the truth with
impunity.
They can make up heroic "War Stories" that are total fiction.
They can make up a post that fits their political agenda, even though it's totally false.

What is the point of quoting random people posting fictional events???
Is it so difficult to find an actual PERSON to quote... from an actual VERIFIED SOURCE?

Is your agenda so far from the norm that the only place that you can find someone to agree with
you is in a random collection of thoughts by anonymous people???

Yeah bumble, the only opinions that can be valid are aired by a host on MSNBC or if an editor for the NYT prints it in their newspaper.  Everything else must be disregarded and assumed to be a lie.  There are keepers of truth in America, and they hold high positions in the mass media.

So remember, unregulated opinions are always false.  Never listen to them, and always mock them.  If there opinions mattered, the gatekeepers of truth in the media would report it.

I just read a "comment" in a "comment section of a popular right wing blog that said
Cicero is a 300 pound transvestite who lives in a cage in Spain.

So it MUST be true!

Or...

If I read that Maddow, or Blitzer, or even Druggy Rush opinion piece, I would know WHO it
came from, and I would know that they have a reputation as a "journalist" and had a network
who backed them.
If they make outrageous statements that are obviously false, their reputations would suffer.
If on the other hand the above comment from an anonymous rant posted with no source or
credentials... It's probably not true...
NOTE:
I have it on good advice that the above "comments" post is not totally true...
Cicero doesn't live in Spain!

Never trust the personal experiences of your relatives.  They are most likely lying to you.  Turn on MSNBC or open a nationally circulated newspaper if you want factual information, as they are their holders of all truths.

And remember box's rule, if you haven't personally experienced it, you may never form an opinion of it. (Except when box posts his opinions about women, minorities, republicans, healthcare...or the vast number of topics, none of which he has personal experience.)

Cissy can't get away from straw men.  It's the first tool he uses in the morning and he puts it
to bed at night.

Any opinion can have a valid point, no matter how obscure the view.  A comments post of an
opinion are as valid an opinion as any other.

A comment post however should be suspect as far as FACTS or, in Bumblers case, whether the
poster is quoting an actual event or if he's posting his agenda, promoting his comment as if it
were true or that it was coming from an actual reliable source.
(For all we know, Bumblers comments could have been written by a 13 year old girl practicing her
writing skills and not by veterans sharing their war experiences.)

NOTE TO BUMBLER:
The Yahoo article and video that you linked to, was a good piece on an interesting topic and
was well done.

Cissy is on a "three Straw Man Day" (So far).  I wonder if it's his training or a brain malfunction that
leads Cicero to always use the dullest knife in the drawer to further his point.

Cissy may have good valid opinions on the subject, but he hides them under a mound of straw.
Pity!
