Yup, and New York is formally a British colony, which really means it is a British colony.  I get it now!  German's government was ruled by the nazi party, which means today's german government was formally the Nazi government.   Or, the Republican Party is just the former Whig party.  Even though names may change, they really don't change.

You didn't show me the fact...I showed you ISIS was listed as a terrorist organization by the State Department in 2004.  So until you get the State Depaetment to correct their date to say 1999, I will go with 2004.  You can stick with the - it was formally this, which was formly that, and  before that, it was this.  You can follow that logic back to biblical time if you want.

Not facts, it's evidence.  Juries determine fact.
