"One city Democrat who said she was on the end of Tighe’s attacks wrote on Facebook about his arrest: “Apparently there is justice in the world! Karma too!” Still others wondered why it took five months to make an arrest."
A lot of people are interested in this. I notice a man from Schenectady was also involved in the original case.

Police turned over evidence from Tighe’s house to the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Kilsopp said. “There was an amount of child pornography located on electronic devices,” he said. Locating it took time, he said. “You have to triage cases as they come into the lab,” Kirsopp said. “Homicides take precedent.”

Just what point do you think you are making, Box? The computer was seized due to a lawsuit by a cult with wealthy members. Now a blogger (journalist) is under arrest on unrelated charges. Which is it anyway? Locating it took time, or they didn't get to it because homicides take precedence? Those are two different reasons. And why are you the apologist for the regime, anyway? They were looking for evidence for a lawsuit, and it took time to find the child pornography they weren't looking for? Right.

I don't presume to do the police work in this case. I posted what seemed pertinent from YOUR link. It makes sense to me that the detectives who seized the computer are most likely not experts at retrieving information from a computer, so it was turned over to the crime lab... which would work on the case as dictated by importance... homicides come first, etc.
I suppose I could invent a 'conspiracy theory' about the event... quote "facebook" posts, as if they were something other than one persons opinion. I could do many other things to draw suspicion on the victims or on the pedophile, or I could just do what most REASONABLE people might do, and wait till all the facts are in before passing judgement.

I did not invent a theory, and the quote is of the newspaper article. Did you assume I couldn't read the article I posted myself? Where am I passing judgement? This is a discussion, and as the article points out, many people have an interest in this case. What facts do you think are going to "come in"? How will we know when it is acceptable to start talking about it? Do you remember the case of the spa in Albany owned by A TU editor's wife, where the employee was arrested by the sheriff's department, for prostitution? It was written about in the New York Times, it didn't get as much coverage locally, except by the blogger who is now under arrest. Now that all the facts are in, what do we know about the outcome of that case? That's right, WE KNOW NOTHING, BECAUSE THE FACTS NEVER CAME IN! What happened? Somebody deep-sixed the story. But the people who have his computer, the same people involved with that story, would never do anything the least little bit illegal or unethical or anything, now would they?
Tighe, a Milton resident, was arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court on ~ three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child ~ and ~ three counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, ~ all felonies, according to state police.
Wednesday afternoon’s arrest, however, was not about NXIVM but about child pornography, police said. Saratoga County District Attorney James A. Murphy III Murphy said police found dozens of pornographic pictures and video of kindergarten-age childrenon the computer.[/size] The Saratogian
This isn't a case of photos of a 'physically mature' 16 year old girl in porn... This pedophile is beating his meat to 5 and 6 year old children. The sooner this pervert is off the streets the better.

In October, acting on a computer trespassing complaint from NXIVM, State Troopers searched the homes of Tighe and two other NXIVM critics — Joseph O'Hara of Schenectady and Toni Natale of the Rochester area — and took "evidence" from each, Kirsopp said in an interview Thursday.
O'Hara is currently serving more than two years in federal prison on a bribery conviction in Texas.

Apparently this case started in APRIL 2012, not October 2013. ( But Police Work DOES TAKE TIME!!!)

Officers with the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Computer Crimes Unit executed search warrants on two other homes in October. The homes are located in Schenectady and the Town of Perinton, in Monroe County, southeast of Rochester. The raids came after an 18-month investigation and State Police public information officer Mark Cepiel said at the time that an initial complaint was filed in April of 2012 by NXIVM, an organization based near Albany, involving unauthorized access to NXIVM computers. “The complaint itself was the subject of larceny of computer related information,” -

YES, if the gubbermint says they are guilty, why have a trial? As the Box/J.O. Box communist konstitution says: Guilty until proven guilty, if the STATE says so.
"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Really Cracker Graham??? No trial??? Guilty until proven GUILTY?
Don't ya think they should have a trial, present evidence and let the jury decide before you declare him guilty???

I think the point is the news reporting of sh!t no one knows is true....the real 'jail' is the public eye....the Bieber/Kennedy and Lohans of the world have it easy compared to the average union/government/poor worker...when it comes to 'infractions' of the social contract.

Trayvon Martin trial...the jury gets it wrong, the state was right...right? Can't leave "justice" up to non governmental citizens.
The NRA forced "Stand Your Ground" law was the only thing that kept Murderer Zimmerman from justice. The jury had their hands tied by GunHugger legislation that protects no one and endangers everyone. Who knows... If I were given the jury instructions that the Zimmerman jury heard, I may have not been able to vote the Murderer Zimmerman guilty too.

No Box....the jury is left uniformed so ANY laws made by the 'elite' are like the golden calf:

-Just Say “No” to Bad, Immoral, and Unjust Laws with Jury Nullification Share Jury BoxThanks to Stephen Littau of United Liberty, who recently posted the following article regarding jury nullification, featuring a video from FIJA Indiana State Contact Betty Ray-Mydland:
Just Say “No” to Bad, Immoral, and Unjust Laws by Saying “Yes” to Jury Duty
There is one last line of defense, something each and everyone of us can do to stop these laws as individuals: jury nullification.
Jury duty is something that most people dread but for those who want to in some small way make a difference for the cause of liberty, serving on a jury can make a significant difference. There’s a little secret about jury service that more often than not is not included in jury “instructions” by the presiding judge: the ability as a juror to make a judgement about the very law itself.
you see, it's NOT by the people....it's by the gangstas

Wow, you took a shot at democracy and the judicial system in one post. Very good!
