That blogger from Saratoga that I mentioned on here before has been arrested for possession of child pornography. Not that I want to defend people involved with that stuff, but the guy's computer was seized late last year in connection with a lawsuit against him by that cult, and it has been in the possession of people that hate his guts for things he has written about them, ever since. I wonder what the legality of that is, for one, if you have somebody's computer you aren't limited as to what you can search for; or was the stuff right there and obvious the moment they booted it up, in which case, how come they waited this long to make the case against him? I have doubts about this case. |

sipps you idiot, I did not defend a pedophile. You defend, continually, those who mooch off the taxpayers and don't do their jobs. You must be one of them. Learn what ad hominem means. It is what people do when they have no argument for their foolishness. bt, yes, he PO'd a lot of very powerful people. Well, we will see whether or not he pleads guilty very soon, I guess. Even if you are a perv, I should say even if one is, the legal aspect of it raises some questions, doesn't it? Like when they do wiretaps of your phone, they are supposed to be only listening for particular evidence. Again, for the knee-jerk crowd, I am not defending those who may possess child pornography. I am wondering about due process when it comes to computer evidence. |

Agree....I'm wondering why 'it took so long'. THAT is what makes one doubt!!! |

Of course, J.O. Box said it best: If the government SAYS you are guilty, then you are GUILTY. Why have a trial? |
| "While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat." |

Cracker Graham really doesn't have anything of substance to say... he just walks in the room, throws a few rocks, then runs away! |

Why don't you just walk in front of a passenger train and put us all out of our misery with your uninformed opinions and conjecture on every damn thread on this board. My god I was wrong, you're not a moronic shrew at all, but rather just a worthless piece of flotsam floating in cyberspace. On the other hand I guess that does make you a moronic shrew. |

We aren't 'skewering' anybody. Wondering is not 'skewering'. If anybody wants to re-read my post, they can see what my interest is in some of the issues related to this case. I see many other topics discussed here, ahead of all the facts being in. What if all the facts are never in? Then we are never to discuss it? The peripheral issues raised here don't have all that much to do with whether the guy is or isn't a pedophile. BTW, there was a case locally where a guy's computer was seized, they had it on the news almost immediately, we know that it does not take that long to find the evidence in that kind of case, from previous cases. The length of time adds to the mystery. |

Some cases are open and shut, others take time to develop. Some involve more accomplices to a crime, and the need to gather further evidence before they can arrest. And some cases just fall apart for lack of evidence or a witness.
This case could be any of these or a combination of many of them. " The Wheels of Justice Turn Slowly, but Grind Exceedingly Fine " |

sipps, don't read my posts. You comment freely, so do I. However, you comment on me rather than the topic at hand. If legal issues don't interest you, go to another thread. This section is called, "Chit Chat About Anything", is it not? I would not expect you to grasp the larger issues here, we don't all find he same topics interesting. You would think I was talking about your mother or something. Maybe you are another one of DVOR's alters? |
