Who's eligible for 2015

Welfare???
I am applying and receiving a TAX REBATE (just like the Wealthy & Corporations), only this benefit
is to help middle income and poor taxpayers.  You know... like you and I.

I pay my taxes... every penny that I'm supposed to pay (I don't hide my income like the rich or corporations)
and I am grateful for Gov Cuomo's legislation that helps the poor and middle class taxpayers.

Are you against tax benefits for the poor and middle class Cicero???
Do you only support tax cuts for the wealthy and for corporations???

I guess I'm more for equality than you are.  I'm against means tested taxation. I'm also against the insidious act of a politician giving people their money back, and people paying homage to the politician that is returning the money(without interest) they earned.  

If you are going to advocate special treatment from the government, then every socioeconomic class is going to lobby government for special treatment.  I don't support tax benefits for the wealthy and corporations.  But by your rules, the wealthy are going to ask for special treatment just like you.  When the wealthy and corporations get tax breaks, you should be celebrating their windfall too.

And you wonder why the wealthy continue to get tax benefits.  Even with your 25% veterans tax break, and your $83 rebate, you are still over taxed.  You celebrate the crumbs that are returned to you, while the crooks in Albany steal MILLIONS to hand over to the wealthy.  Even while politician after politician in Albany get indicted for corruption, you swoon over this pittance of your own money returned by these crooks.

Unlike the wealthy, I never asked for any special treatment.
Gov Cuomo saw the inequity in the present system so following on the STAR exemption, he
opened up exemptions for PEOPLE, instead of the GOP favorite trickle down "tax cuts for
the rich."

Neither do I.  This tax cap plan helps reduce taxes for all but also gives a benefit for those who
can afford it least.

If you give food or money to the homeless, in return for the homeless person's service.  The homeless person must charge and collect sales tax for the service and the homeless person must claim the food or money you give as income.  If the homeless person is now productive and can offer services in return for food or money, the government now has a right to a percentage of his earnings and require that the homeless collect sales taxes for them.
