And this is only coming out in the news now?

More dem party cover-up?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Nope! Just the same ole same ole ultra-conservative christian alarmism on your part. Instead of pushing buttons and ranting all day and all night in the basement on your mommie's computer, why don't you actually DO SOMETHING. I know you're used to living off the sweat of the working class, but you really need to get a job and get a life christine.

Want to know about cover-ups? Ronald Reagan was the Queen of cover-ups. He might have been a queen period. Rep. Boner and her ultra-conservative buddies are following in Reagan's sweet little cover-up footsteps.

cop says......you will go to jail and not to the hospital???........knowing he is talking to a mentally challenged kid???

OMG.....watched the video and am really stressed out......this kid was not doing anything but sitting....he was not aggressive....
what's wrong???....this is why we have so many unnecessary shootings.....to citizens not doing anything wrong....but needing

help......

these policemen need to be reprimanded....money is not going to change anything.....

dealings now with all citizens needs special approaches for each event....

pray for this boy....so what he swore.....would have done the same thing....

Isn't this the cop that was involved in a hit and run accident in Eldorado Acres?  He side swiped a car at like 1am then drove his car home without reporting it?

Spoken like a true humanist. And friend of Harry Buffonti and the Million Mom March to take away guns from law abiding citizens.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

WHAT THE RPD NEEDS........NEGOTIATOR......PERSON TRAINED FOR SUCH SITUATIONS WHICH ARE BECOMING MORE THE

NORM.......

take the time to analyze today's world.....and this could become a wakeup call for all police depts...

GET WITH THE HAPPENINGS AND CHANGING OF SOCIETY....no more cops on a "BEAt"

These cops lost patience and used force without cause.....no matter what the higher ups say...

Mentally challened citizens are not criminals ......the law has to know that.....been too long under the rug....

common sense training....this boy had no weapon......nor was he aggressive except for some foul language..

and this officer.....OK   OK   OK......not OK ...this boy was not in any condition to make a rational answer.

definitely not the netogiating kind to get a good result...

When understanding lawsuits against any Gov't it is best to understand this:Money is no object as they are the bank/house and can create any amount for whatever they deem it required for, a limitless supply if you will.   The key being a rationality to create for that purpose.   Which is then just an idealogical viewpoint.   The general public does not have that luxury to create at will.   The public at large deals within alimited budget/amount of REAL money  Perhaps this may explain the reckless behavior at times of Gov't agencies and their employees.   They know it will not come out of their pocket.   Sure they may be suspended(often with pay) and in a worst case scenario, lose their job.   But unions/lawyers being what they are this is is exception not the norm.   Ever notice that regardless of the size of a settlement, the suit always gets paid regardless of a municipalitys financial solvency.   Even if ins. covers the suit the settlements result in increased premiums for the municipality.

It takes a special person to put the uniform(costume) on and go break a mentally ill child's arm, then go to your 3000 sq ft home at the end of a shift and sleep like a baby.  Physically correcting non compliant behavior is a passion for some people.

Bottom line here is.......the parents should have been called FIRST!!! Parents should be told that when a school has a problem with their kid....the parents WILL be called FIRST. If the parent is 'too busy' or 'just not interested'....then the school should put them on notice that the cops WILL be called and WILL use physical violence if they deem it necessary.

But the parents should ALWAYS be called FIRST!!!!

ESPECIALLY IF IT'S A CHILD WITH SOME FORM OF A DISABILITY!!!

sorry folks....but cops are not equipped to handle this stuff!!!

police officers are ILL EQUIPPED to deal with this....

their job is subdue....they are NOT healthcare professionals....

even healthcare professionals of mental health deal 'in the dark'.....

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
