Read the article again...The state said the donor violated the law by not having the specimen tested.  I said(listen closely) IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WOMAN RECIEVING THE SPECIMEN TO HAVE IT TESTED BEFORE PUTTING IT INTO HER BODY. (I know, that's a crazy concept)

A woman has a right to their body - except when they decide to put a strangers bodily fluids into it, now it needs to be regulated.  Bizzare.

Well once again, you "adjust" things for your benefit...
although the physician would have done the testing, the state said

failed to conform to Kansas law, which says a licensed physician must be involved in an artificial insemination process

not that he didn't have the specimen tested....geeeezz, can't you read?

Corrections?  Your corrections abdicated the personal responsibility of the recipient.  The recipient entered into a contract without verifying the specimen.  Whose fault is that?

Man, is everybody a victim of their own ignorance?

Try having someone read and interpret the words for you because you are not getting it!!!!

Yeah, I read your post that referenced the specimen testing from the section of the article that wasn't in the original post.

Are you just cutting and pasting random sentences of the article?

OHHHH, it wasn't in the post but was in the article along with a lot more writing...so that makes it invalid
in your feeble mind?????  You made comments, and I cut and paste the pertinent information to show
you what was said instead of what you wanted it to say!!!! Poor Cissyboy, can't handle reading things unless
it's posted for him!!!!

PS - Your post was wrong...bottom line, but you aren't man enough to own up!
So you attack from a different direction AS USUAL!!!

Can't ANYONE in this forum carry on a civilized adult conversation??

You act like a group of 3 year olds.

We are advised NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics.   Funny how that works.

Interesting opinion....certain people (and you have already seen who they are)
like to distort and twist words and truth, all to forward their agenda.
I for one refuse to sit back and not point out the truth as opposed to their
fabrications.

If that offends you and is in your opinion childish acts, then so be it!
You are also free to ignore the posts.

Sorry, that's just MHO!!!!

Blahh...Blahh...Blahh...

What was the point of posting the specimen test?  What did that have to do with anything?  You still haven't expanded on your random cut and paste.  Was that post to support the judge’s ruling on state regulations of sperm donation?  You never finish your arguments.

Man, still, after all this time...You can't formulate a coherent argument.  You are the random poster.

This forum doesn't have the "ignore poster" button..sometimes, I wish it did, but then again, it would be a pretty quiet place.

Some on this board have trouble formulating simple premise-conclusion arguments.  Then when a person challenges their disjointed posts, and realize they are incapable of a logical response, then they go into meltdown mode and start spitting and sputtering and ranting.

When you challenge some of the members set beliefs, their brains go haywire and start the name calling.  And God forbid, DO NOT QUESTION THE HONOR OF MILILTARY SERVICE OR WAR.  YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELLY LABELLED ANTI-AMERICAN.

Well since you are incapable of following threads from start to end, let me try and answer your questions:

(1) "What was the point of posting the specimen test?  What did that have to do with anything? "
L4L stated "The contract is void because they didn't pay a government licensed doctor to squirt the turkey baster?
They forgot that only government authorized physicians may assist with insemination."
So I posted what a physician would be required to do in a case of insemination, showing it had nothing to do with
use of a Turkey baster or your almighty Government control.
and you stated "The state said the donor violated the law by not having the specimen tested."
So I posted "failed to conform to Kansas law, which says a licensed physician must be involved in an artificial insemination process" and
"not that he didn't have the specimen tested" to correct your falsehood
(2) "You still haven't expanded on your random cut and paste"
and I fully responded
"...it wasn't in the post but was in the article along with a lot more writing...
You made comments, and I cut and paste the pertinent information to show
you what was said instead of what you wanted it to say!!!! "

There was no argument to expand on, as I made no argument, I only Corrected YOU,
which we all know you hate. Someone doesn't play into Cissyboy's hand, they are bad, bad, bad!!!!

So now I've explained it all to you, but I still can't understand it for you!!!!!!

Actually, the government used to make you get a blood test for disease, before getting married.

Having a religious ceremony without government permission is prohibited.
