Target, said it affected up to 110 million shoppers Around same time similar attack on luxury retailer Neiman Marcus 6 More Stores Attacked By Same Hack As Target: Firm ( http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/17/six-other-stores-are-bein_n_4618414.html ) Who do you think ultimately bears the cost of these breaches? Have you been victim of identify theft???? If not, wait and see just how much trouble it creates and the issues around it all. Identity theft cost billions annually....and you think it's no "big deal" that someone (kid or whomever) creates these malware programs and sells them to the cyber criminals with the intent of robbing people! |

If you value your one's and zero's so much, don't spread them around the world.
People must learn that anything you put out there is a risk.
Your words, your wealth and your personal information.
Trusting a billion dollar company with millions of employees and millions of weak spots is like trusting the NSA.
People's identities get stolen because they type it into a form and hit send.
Secure websites are a myth.
Believing in credit card security is like believing in the tooth fairy.
I would consider the Target hack likely being done by an employee/on behalf of/or a stockholder of, Lifelock.
Every card swipe or keyboard entry is your voluntary entry into cyber warfare.
A warning label should be printed on all credit/debit cards. |
