the town highway's men care more about their coffee breaks than they do in snowplowing for the new boss...

They have ALWAYS cared about their coffee breaks!!! Everyone saw that...duh! However.....as long as the roads were clear and well maintained....nobody gave a crap. Ain't illiterate, redneck ROTTENdam great???  |

Didn't we get the lo down on this issue from the big dem cheerleader, last year or the year before. Such as it's winter and there should be such decorations on many other streets too?
Of course, when one does not write a check to the town for the taxes, one does not care.
