"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
I think cicero and his friends christine and senders really need to get lives. This obsession to spend all day every day democrat bashing is sad and pathetic. Since they're here all the time, they clearly aren't productive members of society. I guess myself and the rest of the working class need to subsidize these guys so they can democrat bash all day long.
Back to the subject of the thread- it was -40 wind chill yesterday here. Kids were home from school. When I didn't have to be at work- which happens to be mostly inside- thank DOG!; I mainly stayed indoors and caught up on laundry.

You need to grow some thicker skin if politic bashing offends you, go take a peak in the United States Government section, there are 3-4 topics on the 1st page tearing into republicans and conservatives.

Only if my life could be as full and productive as yours. I can say that I work in a private sector tax producing job, while you were collecting the tax money training how to efficiently kill and waiting for orders to use your newly learned skills.
Back to the subject...Man, it's colder than a witches tit outside. A good day to wash my towels.
Wind Chill??? The term really has little practical meaning for most people. If you are dressed for winter and are outside for a limited amount of time, the term doesn't really apply.
When skiing, at temps often 10 degrees, even on a calm day, a skier will spend much of the day with a 20 or 30 mph (wind chill) wind in his face. On a snowmobile, a rider will encounter the same 10 degree calm day with a 60 -90 mph wind chill.
If you embrace Winter, and dress for the cold, Winter can be fun! If you fight Winter, it will always win!

Your life won't ever be as productive as mine. Don't feel bad. You live here while myself and the working class support you.
