That's it, that's the interest in this thread, we are all citizens waiting to see whether or not our government has been plotting against us in secret.

Bobby I and Tom Delorenzo - purchase Rotterdam Mall

Leases have been issued to Walmart for review -

the two are planning a "live where you workand shop" - like in Saratoga but for lower middle class  - just a step above the YMCA project in the city

the best part no new Zoning required for the Walmart portion and the mall is awash with blacktop -  - right up delorenzo's isle

if there is $$$$$ to be made these two are first in line

They also bought the parcel above the mall not that long ago as I recall.

I'm an enigma, even to myself.

The mall actually sits on top of a massive underground bunker that has
hidden camouflaged doors that open in the side of the hill near the tracks.
GE is contracted by the Government and has been using it for testing of
solar powered drones and also as a lab to disassemble UFO's captured in
the Arizona dessert.  At night if you look very close there is just the
slightest hint of a blue-green glow coming from around the mall's foundation
That's why auction pulled...Government squashed the sale....FACT!
Here's the real shocker to all this......
Bumbler is the caretaker of the bunker!

Let's also remember that construction projects in Rotterdam take forever to come to fruition.

OK, now this is an area where I have first hand knowledge.

Under the rear of old brick are about 8 so-called bunkers.

5 are outside the building, and 3 are inside the building.

The bunkers are actually pylons that support the no longer used train trestle.

The pylons are each about 25 ft high and 10 feet thick at the base.

The ones inside the building, which is actually behind the Old Brick showroom and warehouse is located below ground level, are enclosed with 4 inch thick metal clad doors. These would make a good spot during a hurricane or tornado.

In the photo below Old Brick is on the right and the bend in the road where Campbell Ave turns into W. Campbell Rd is above it.

You can see the pylons to the left of the smokestack.

The leftmost portion of the buildings was once the home of the Yankee Motorcycle fabrication and assembly plant, which closed in the 70s when the owner's son was killed test ridding an experimental 1000cc Yankee twin cylinder bike they were developing. The owner wanted nothing to do with motorcycles after this happened and shut the plant down and all production ended.

They left behind various motorcycle parts and shop manuals throughout the building. A friend of mine has the original glass with the Yankee Motorcycle logo taken from the fluorescent sign that they left outside the factory.

The Yankee plant sat empty for a few years until a few engineers from Campbell Plastics which was right next door started their own plastics company in the old Brucker's photo building on Chrisler Ave. They invested around $40,000 and were able to pick up a contract with General Motors to manufacture parts for cars. They leased the old Yankee plant and built an impressive manufacturing plant that they named Rotterdam Plastics, with many production lines and a fully equipped machine shop. They sold the company for $15 million dollars after less than a decade. The entire company was relocated to LaGrange Georgia.

Campbell Plastics closed around the same time that Rotterdam Plastics was sold.

Now, the monstrous Campbell Plastics facility was once used by GE, and before them the military used it.

Far in the rear of the building was a missile/rocket engine testing chamber. The door was one foot thick and had a glass window, which was shattered. This might be the exploding ordinance bunker mentioned earlier.

Campbell plastics demanded workers take very large pay cuts or they would close the plant. The workers refused and they moved all the jobs down south to save a couple dollars an hour in wages. The building has since been demolished and they now store construction trailers on the site.

Of course they do. Many decisions are made that do NOT benefit the taxpayers. They only benefit the 'chosen few'.

a list should be available of all employees and traced to see who is related to who...

I am sure that you would see how convuluded this whole Town and County is.......

and the damage it does because most of the "familia" don't have a hoot of how to do their job...

There are more capable people doing menial jobs because they don't "qualify" for any of these Town and County jobs...

they don't have the same genes from relatives who can give them a job.....it's sickening and disheartening...

and embarassing to be a resident of the county.

We were talking to our neighbor (female) over the weekend. She said that the place she gets her hair done at the mall is closing. (don't know which one)
