Will Arizona Turn Blue?
Quoted Text
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano predicted Arizona will follow its Southwestern neighbors and move from swing-state status to Democratic stronghold as the border state’s demographics continue to change.
On Tuesday, the former Arizona governor told reporters that she is confident her home state will take after Nevada, New Mexico and Colorado in gaining Democratic voters in the coming cycles.
“Arizona will be behind them,” Napolitano said during a discussion hosted by the Christian Science Monitor. “I think it will be more purple over time, but ultimately blue.

Will Randy Paul's Home State of Kentucky Turn Blue???How to turn Red Kentucky, Blue? Her name is Alison Lundergan Grimes, and a new poll has her ahead of Mitch McConnell in the race for his Senate seat. Kentucky might not be so red after all. For what may be the first time in U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell’s long Senate career, a Democratic poll shows him trailing a challenger. The poll, conducted by Public Policy Polling, a Democratic firm from North Carolina, found that Democrat Alison Lundergan Grimes leads McConnell 45 percent to 44 percent in the 2014 race for the U.S. Senate. |

You are right Cissy... the Republicans eliminated the "Single Payer" option from ObamaCare. A huge mistake. That would have given the Federal Govt as one of your options instead of only buying from individual private companies.
Hopefully the Single Payer option will be added to ObamaCare in the future.
Why would either party support single payer? And stab their corporate donors in the back? It wouldn't be in either parties best interest to do that. You know that. The money forced into the insurance industry with Obamacare will be able to fund both parties, so they can continue the charade that they are "working hard for the people" Give me a break! |

Just in case Bumbler missed it... The BLUE PARTY won the last election and the one before that for US President. Bumbler may not see any difference between parties, but those people who benefitted from the passage of ObamaCare sure do. And those people who vehemently opposed ObamaCare see a difference between the Blue and the Red.
WHO...is benefited? |

And yet the Democrats DID support single payer. Had the GOP not killed it, it would be the law of the land today. |

Presidential voter participation rates have been steadily around 50 -60% since the mid 60's. |

Ummm...there wasn't one republican that voted for it. The Dems had the majority to pass whatever they wanted. They got EXACTLY what they wanted - the entire oligarchy did. |

Congressional midterms are lucky to reach 40%. Dictatorships fudge higher voter participation. |

Will The State Of Georgia Is Turning Blue?
Quoted Text
Georgia has the fastest growing black and Latino populations in the country. The question is, how quickly can the populace be galvanized to change the political face of the state?
Carter and Nunn both represent themselves as ‘consensus-builders’ who will reach out to Republicans and independents. Because of these two candidates, the Georgia Democratic Party is optimistic about turning the state blue as early as 2014. Leaders are scrambling to organize for the change. The Republican Party agrees that Georgia is headed at least toward swing-state status — but not for another 5-7 years. The upcoming primary battle, which promises to push Georgia’s GOP even further to the right, may be a first shock to the party’s entrenched state of denial.
