He wants to get a bill to the forefront and specifically states "...ultimately outlaw abortion once and for all."
How difficult is it to understand those words? He may talk about life at conception, but definitely states outlawing abortion.
Pretty clear ...yet you persist...

I just posted the proposed bill.  The bill grants 14th Amendment protection to the unborn.  The proposal says nothing about outlawing abortion.  How difficult is it for you to read and comprehend the ACTUAL proposal, it's pretty clear.  It expands the 14th Amendment to include those in the womb.  It's expanding human rights, not outlawing abortion.  It's actually pretty progressive to expand rights.

Again... Cicero disagrees with Randy Paul, not with me.
Rand Paul's own words:
~~~"I'm convinced that we can get this bill to the forefront of the American debate and ultimately
OUTLAW ABORTION-ON-DEMAND ONCE AND FOR ALL."
Is Randy Paul promising to OUTLAW ABORTION?  Paul's own words say YES!
You seem to have a knack for misquoting.  You even posted the link that clearly states "Abortion-on-demand".
Again, Cicero loves to play with words instead of admitting that he's wrong.
This isn't worth it.
OK Cissy... Have it your way... we'll pretend that you're right! His law that would OUTLAY ABORTION
would have nothing to do with OUTLAWING ABORTION!
playing with words? science knows when human life is? religion knows when human life is? I'm guessing neither one knows
to much sh!t in that category. As a human you should be very very careful the definitions the government or ANY human
attaches to you. It can have negative consequences in your second by second cell division in your body. ie: bi-polar take
some 'meds/drugs'...the list is endless. And if you think it's black and white you're sadly mistaken.
Another play on words is 'cheerios! part of a healthy breakfast'....is it? still has to much sugar in it. It's made from whole grains
but once those grains are manipulated into little O's called cherrios they lose a bunch of their nutritive value, but we still
say 'part of a healthy breakfast'.
the definitions and the labels used by government morph all the time.
...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......
The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
Randy Paul has a problem with the TRUTH, and now so does CICERO!
Go to the Rand Paul video below:
Now forward to 3:36 of the video and Read Out Loud what is on the screen.
It says... And I Quote Rand Paul...
"OF THE AMERICAN DEBATE
--AND ULTIMATELY OUTLAW
ABORTION ONCE AND FOR ALL."
As much as Cicero wants the words "ON DEMAND" to be there,
he is (of course) mistaken.
Read it for yourself Cicero... then get back to me and let me know what you read at
3:36 of the video, OK?
Yes, I guess I'm wrong because I actually read the proposal and listened to the entire 4:00 video.  Instead of hand picking one sentence and ignoring the context of the entire video, and ignoring the facts of the proposal.  Please forgive me for reading the proposal and taking into account the context of his statement.  I forgot, it's political season, sound bites and slogans are now FACTS.  Lesson learned...
I never said I would or that it had anything to do with what I was conveying...
try reading my posts again...my position is and has consistently been that
RAND PAUL SAID HIS BILL WOULD "...ultimately outlaw abortion once and for all."
You attempt to deny it is his position, when he has clearly stated it!  Really Sissy, you persist in your error.
You should accept the guidance of your hero!
OUTLAW ABORTION?
To make it illegal?
To make abortion "outside of the law"?
To make abortion "ILLEGAL"?
To "prohibit" abortion?
Outlaw - outside the protection of the law.  Not prohibited.  If Paul's proposal was to prohibit abortions, it would have been written that way.  It's written to take away legal protection for all and any abortion for any reason.  The proposal grants 14th Amendment legal protection to the fetus.  Abortion would be treated like any other homicide.  Some are justifiable homicides, some are not.  An abortion to protect the life of the mother would be a justifiable homicide.  Like when a cop shoots and kills a perp - justifiable homicide.
Read the proposal again, it's not a ban or prohibition on abortion.  It just doesn't protect abortionists from prosecution for unjustly violating the 14th amendment protection of right to life, even if the life is in the womb.  This proposal gives a voice to those lives that do not currently have a voice in the legal system.
Again, Cissy makes up definitions of words to fit his agenda.
My dictionary lists "OUTLAW" as "PROHIBIT".
You should try using a law dictionary.  Maybe that's why you can't comprehend the LEGISLATION Paul proposed.  You are looking up legal definitions is the Webster dictionary.  He isn't prohibiting abortion, he's taking away the legal protection abortionists have - that permits them to take a life without any legal justification.  Paul takes away legal protection from the abortion doctor, and gives legal protection to the fetus by expanding the 14th Amendment.
Cissy, The video that I posted... The one where Rand Paul says he wants to OUTLAW ABORTION, yea that
one... isn't a law and it wasn't written as a law.  It was a Rand Paul Policy Statement looking for donations
to fund his campaign.  It was meant for the common man.  His words "OUTLAW ABORTION, was intended
to convince his adoring fans to send him money to fund his "OUTLAW ABORTION" agenda.
