Actually he wrote one last week but the lamestream media would not print it. He has done this before and generally the media won't run them. You have to really hunt for them. Apparently when he strikes the correct chord, then they are given permission to print it from high up in Political Class HQ (which is probably some underling in the EN ESS AYE)

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

No one wants the United Nations to suffer the fate of the League of Nations, which collapsed because it lacked real leverage. This is possible if influential countries bypass the United Nations and take military action without Security Council authorization.

It's all part of Obama's brilliant plan.  Assad doesn't know about the plan, he's really going to be surprised.

"No one doubts that poison gas was used in Syria. But there is every reason to believe it was
used not by the Syrian Army, "

We now know that this isn't true... The UN verifies that the Syrian Army has used 'poison gas' at
least 8 times.

My post was a quote from Putin's letter, and the rest was mine.

So what was the cut and paste Graham?
Putin's words are in "quotes" and the rest is original... so Graham, show us how "intelligent" you
really are...
Please... Where is the cut and paste???
(See what I mean?  Graham never has anything to say.  It's all just cliches and babble.

I see Boxy the wannabe MS/NBC reporter is stating 'facts' again.

The UN mission in Syria DID NOT verify that the Syrian military used 'poison gas' nor did they say in any report that gas was used 'at least 8 times'.

The UN mission was there to verify IF chemical weapons were used, not investigate WHO used them.

So again, your either outright lying or ignorant and making 'facts' up.

Keep it up and you'll be writing the news for MSNBC in no time!

MSNBC?  They are often as biased as FoxSnooze!  Do you really watch them Bucky???

From the Daily Mail:

UN weapons inspectors will put Syrian president Bashar al-Assad in the frame for the gas
attack that killed 1,400 civilians, but will only be able to provide circumstantial evidence,
insiders have said.

A senior Western official said the team had collected a 'wealth' of evidence that nerve agents
had been used last month's atrocity in Damascus.
A highly anticipated report on the findings, expected to be presented to UN Secretary General
Ban Ki-Moon on Monday, will not directly accuse Assad, according to three U.N.-based diplomats
familiar with the investigation.
But it will present a strong circumstantial case that the regime was responsible based on analysis
of rocket shells, ammunition and tests on soil, blood and urine from the al Ghouta suburb of the
capital.

Your quote:

"The UN verifies that the Syrian Army has used 'poison gas' at

compared to the story above doesn't mash...

The UN verified poison gas was used, they DID NOT verify Assad's gov't used it.

Strong Circumstantial evidence.  Not PROOF.

(The UN REPORT) will not directly accuse Assad...

Like any country, Russia is looking out for its self interests... Syria is an ally, and a major buyer of weapons. Russia would love to see this civil war go on another five years..

And Putin likes to take jabs at the US whenever possible... Obama put the ball on the tee with the American Exceptionalisim comment, and Putin swung at it.

Russia has a real fear of what might happen down the road to these Chemical Weapons if the Assad govt
fails to suppress the opposition.
Russians would rather the WMD'S were destroyed now than in the near future fall into the hands of
the opposition who has ties to groups friendly to Chechen rebels.

I saw a story on the disposal process last night...it is not trivial..it is going require UN/multi-national cooperation and is estimated to take between 3-5 years.
