Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
When the first car falls through the road the town will be right over to fix it. They do no preventative work, they only handle emergencies, disasters, and washed out roads after they happen.
There is a broken water main at the corner of Heldeberg Ave and Grey St.
A puddle appears in the middle of the road every time the sun goes down, then dries up during the sunshine.
It's not a giant leak, but it isn't going to go away on it's own.
Helderberg and Grey is the City of Schenectady..which is actually worse for a possible repair
