Box just refuses to believe the precious government that he 'went to war for' would do such a thing knowingly....

Box believes what Box wants to believe so that Box doesn't have to believe what Box did was all in vain.

Quoted from CICERO

The military bought the chemical from DOW.  Maybe they should have asked for the MSDS for it before purchasing it and dropping it on the heads of humans.

Once again, Cissy is advertising his lack of knowledge.
MSDS were phased in in the 1970's with various standards and applications.
OSHA began requiring MSDS's for hazardous materials effective May 26, 1986.

Not quite in time for the 1960's spraying in Vietnam.

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

It was a tongue-in-cheek comment.  Point is, the military paid millions for a chemical that killed foliage on contact.  You would think the military would do their own due diligence and test the effects on humans before dropping it on their own soldiers heads.  You're telling me the military just took the word of the manufacturer.

another bullshit claim...

The killer bought the gun LEGALLY the day after SC church shooting.
There has been NO evidence presented that he would have been caught by background check. Although he did have a bad workplace history, he did NOT have a criminal history or mental incarceration history...

He would have made it through a background check...period..end of story...

Unless you want background checks to to include hearsay and employment records... wait, cross employment records off the list, Hipaa and other privacy laws ban that.

Update: The killer DID pass a background check!

So, common sense gun laws did NOTHING in this instance

Individuals can currently buy guns at gun shows without going through a background check
-- a loophole McAuliffe and most Democrats believe should be closed, but which some
Republicans have resisted.

"Why does a certain booth say no background checks?" McAuliffe asked. "Who do you think is
going to go to that booth? We should eliminate that."

what information should be included in a 'background' check....?????

just because a person doesn't commit a 'background infraction' prior to check doesn't mean your safe....

you're a fool if you believe it.....

as for the human mind, who should be in control over it? nazis? democrats? republicans? religions? communists? socialists? public schools?

help me understand what you believe to be a 'perfect authority' over you? who should know your mental hygiene? when should they
check your mental hygiene? should you have to go through a psych assessment every year?

assessment
      noun as·sess·ment \ə-ˈses-mənt, a-\
: the act of making a judgment about something : the act of assessing something

: an idea or opinion about something

: an amount that a person is officially required to pay especially as a tax

But the fact remains this guy didn't use the loophole, did follow the law, had a background check done.
He followed all the rules that the gun control crowd wants, and still used the gun to kill two people.

"Followed the rules the gun control crowd wants"???
The vast majority of NRA members approve of background checks.

So for you... background checks are the beginning and end of any gun control measures?
Kinda limits your ability to see the bigger picture.

I'm sorry, this is the wrong headline....

The correct headline is the one Breitbart had yesterday.... “RACE MURDER IN VIRGINIA: BLACK REPORTER SUSPECTED OF EXECUTING WHITE COLLEAGUES – ON LIVE TELEVISION!”

Personally, I thought this one should have been it.... "Gay Black Heterophobe Kills Straight White Reporter and Cameraman on Live TV....Wanted 'Race War"

What gun law would have prevented this?
