All it took was NY Lawbreaker GunHuggers to bring Henry back to the board.

"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
Hey Henry, you ever see one of those duck guns I posted pic of??? Unbelievable. Gun was later outlawed.
I'm guessing you are talking about a "punt gun", yeah no thanks shooting those monsters

They used to mount them on the front of boats, row out into a bay full of ducks or geese, and one shot would bring down dozens.

A federal judge has ordered that the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence pay the legal fees of an online ammunition dealer it sued for the Aurora movie theater shooting.
The order, which was issued last week, comes after Judge Richard P. Matsch dismissed the gun control group’s suit that sought to hold Lucky Gunner legally responsible for the 2012 shooting. The Brady Center had argued in their suit that the way Lucky Gunner sells ammunition is “unreasonably dangerous and create a public nuisance.”
“A crazed, homicidal killer should not be able to amass a military arsenal, without showing his face or answering a single question, with the simple click of a mouse,” Brady Center’s Legal Action Project Director Jonathan Lowy said at the time. “If businesses choose to sell military-grade equipment online, they must screen purchasers to prevent arming people like James Holmes.”
Judge Matsch disagreed with the Brady Center’s argument. He said the suit was filed for propaganda purposes. “It is apparent that this case was filed to pursue the political purposes of the Brady Center and, given the failure to present any cognizable legal claim, bringing these defendants into the Colorado court where the prosecution of James Holmes was proceeding appears to be more of an opportunity to propagandize the public and stigmatize the defendants than to obtain a court order,” he said in his order.
Lucky Gunner praised the court’s decision and vowed to do everything in its power to recover the money awarded to it by the ruling.
“The federal judge on the case ruled it was apparent that this suit was filed to pursue the Brady Center’s ‘political purposes’ and was used as an ‘opportunity to propagandize the public,’” Lucky Gunner spokesman Anthony Welsch said. “Lucky Gunner agrees with the court’s assessment and continues to do all it can to hold the Brady Center accountable for legal fees awarded in the case.”
The company said it would donate that money to a number of gun rights groups and has set up a website to allow its customers to vote on how to distribute the funds.
“Any legal fees Lucky Gunner recovers will be given to 2nd Amendment supporting organizations as voted on by the shooting community,” Welsch said.
The case is now pending appeal.
The Brady Center did not respond to a request for comment.
Score another one for the good guys.

D.C. Gun Carry Applications More Than Triple in Wake of Federal Court Ruling
Judge’s decision that found D.C. law unconstitutional pending appeal
The number of applications for gun carry permits in Washington, D.C., more than tripled in the aftermath of a federal court ruling declaring part of the city’s law unconstitutional.
Between January 1 and May 18, the city received 45 permit applications, according to Sean Conboy fo the Metropolitan Police Department. However, after Judge Frederick Scullin ruled that the “good reason” clause contained within the city’s carry law was unconstitutional on May 18, applications increased significantly.
Between May 18 and June 26, the city received 140 applications, according to Conboy.
Conboy said 27 applications had been approved between January 1st and May 18, whereas 11 applications had been approved since then.
Cathy Lanier, the chief of the MPD, argued at the time of the ruling that DC residents did not want to carry firearms because few people had applied for permits. “We haven’t had a huge number of applicants,” she told NewsTalk with Bruce Depuyt. “Our residents have been pretty clear this is not something that they wanted. A very small number of D.C. residents have applied for concealed carry.”
The Second Amendment Foundation, which helped bring the case against D.C.’s gun carry law, said that the increase was unsurprising and limited by the city’s actions. “We expected that increase with all the recent publicity about our suit,” said Alan Gottlieb, the group’s founder. “That number should really increase after we win on the appeal that the city filed. People right now are not applying because they are chilled by the fact that the city is not complying with the court ruling,” he said.
Gottlieb also said that he was upset with the city’s apparent decrease in application approvals. “It looks like the D.C. Police Department has actually decreased the percentage of applications they are approving,” he said. “We are not happy with the numbers they released.”
The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued a temporary stay against Judge Scullin’s ruling on June 12 and is expected to rule on a long-term stay pending appeal in the coming weeks.

Yes, he blames the person initiating the force. The soldier, the police, and the drug enforcement officer.
