I had the classic bullseye rash back in the early 80's but dr thought it was just a skin ailment. All these years of symptoms to get dxed with multiple sclerosis over 10 years ago.

I did. It was an over dramatic collection of incidents. Go with the hype if you choose, I'll stick to the science.
People get Lyme disease, people also get other diseases. The fact that a person gets one after the other is not necessarily cause and effect.
I got a cold... I had a kidney stone... one didn't cause the other.

What I found interesting is the connection between people dxed with MS, parkinsons, alzheimers and ALS which science has NO idea what causes them.
I agree....a relative of ours was diagnosed with MS but it wasn't 'really' MS.....it was an effect of lymes....PROVEN!!
Also....a co-worker of mine has an adult son who was suddenly stricken with dizzy spells....to the point that he couldn't get up off a chair. He went weeks and weeks, and test after test before he was diagnosed with lymes. After months of meds, he isn't dizzy any longer but he did lose his hearing in one ear....it was an effect of lymes.....PROVEN!!!
folks need to be aware of their surroundings but not to the point of PANIC!! Sh!t is out there.....but ya gotta live and let the cards fall where they may!

There was that golfer recently who thought he was getting senile, but it turned out to be a recurrence of his Lyme disease? I think when people don't get enough answers through the medical/science professionals, they start turning to other sources. There's a lot we don't know about this disease, still. Here's something I was wondering about - how is there a vaccine for Lyme disease available for dogs, but not people? Is the risk versus the likelihood of getting bitten by a deer tick a factor? Anybody know? I didn't watch the movie, but that's because I have been having trouble with this computer.
