One near brain dead child to raise for the next 60-80 years... or Abort a 5 month old fetus and raise 6 healthy children to adults, then enjoy 12 healthy grandchildren, (at about the same cost). If you a concerned about complications from c-sections, then lobby for stopping medically unnecessary c-section for women that choose them over natural child birth.
