Yeah, it's universal communication insurance.  Did you ever forget whether you called somebody or not?  Have you ever called somebody and had the same conversation you already had with them?  How embarrassing!  Not to worry, the Federal Government has your communications stored, so now you never have to feel forgetful again, you can listen to conversations you've already had so you don't repeat them.  Thank You NSA!  Thank You Barack Obama, I don't know what I'd do without you.
