BEIJING — Mothers and fathers aren't the only ones urging adult children to visit their parents. China's lawbooks are now issuing the same imperative.

New wording in the law requiring people to visit or keep in touch with their elderly parents or risk being sued came into force Monday, as China faces increasing difficulty in caring for its aging population.

But how can this be true?

2 people can only have one child.

So 2 old people for every young person.

Then the two younger people can only have one child.

And it never ends.

Effectively doubling the older population every generation.

That's pretty stupid.

Every 2 adults should have 4 kids so that there will be enough tax money to take care of the old.

They are doing it backwards.

The trick is, never allow a large youth generation ever be born.  That is how the power structure prevents a large revolt against them.

Even if you bankrupt the state, there isn't enough youth to remove the people managing the system.  And with a global economy(global fascism) and fiat currency it is extremely difficult to have rapid bankruptcy that leads to social unrest.  We see this as global banker are bailing out failing states and further enslaving populations.  It is a slow decline in a nations standard of living as a nations citizens start working more and more for the central bankers.  The value of their money slowly declines as their taxes increase to pay their debt to the bankers.

With socialism and communism, the government proudly takes responsibility of production and the distribution of wealth, so it is easy for a population to identify those who is responsible when a population becomes destitute.  With global fascism, a population cannot identify who is responsible for causing their destitution.

China's "economic bubble" is showing signs of bursting -- when it does they will bring the rest of the world into a financial downturn.  

As for the "one child" policy, the Chinese population will begin crashing as those Chinese born between 1940 and
1960 die off.   They already have a crisis in that the female to male ration has been distorted --- leaving many single Chinese men having to take matters into their own hands.  They have begun importing women from Southeast Asia.
