Quoted from Madam X
Did Shellie Zimmerman smash up an Ipad to lead people who still don't get it that she's a liar into believing that George did it? She thought she had her ticket to fame. The George Zimmerman story IS over. This is the Shellie saga, over before it begins.
Look, a smashed electronic device! Incontrovertible proof! hee hee.

"The George Zimmerman story IS over."

Just when Madam X declares the George Scumbag Zimmerman Story officially "OVER"
                                                     What happens?

Yes even his Blood Suckin Lawyer abandons George.

Yea, they'd stand by him in murdering an unarmed teen but when it comes to this wife abuse,
and battery, even Lawyer Mark O’Mara has had enough of this Scumbag.
(Oh, BTW, OMara says that lying George Zimmerman DID HAVE A GUN AT THE SCENE of his wife's
abuse.)

Quoted Text
Mark O’Mara, the attorney who successfully defended George Zimmerman against
charges that he murdered Trayvon Martin, said Tuesday that he would no longer represent
the former neighborhood watch captain.

Lake Mary Police on Monday detained and then released Zimmerman after oficers responded
to a 911 call from his wife, Shellie, who accused her husband of threatening her with a
gun and punching her father in the nose.

Police Chief Steve Bracknell later said that Shellie Zimmerman had refused to press charges
and had dropped her claim that Zimmerman had a gun.

But in an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Monday night, O’Mara said that Zimmerman
did have a gun during the incident.

“He never took the weapon out,” the attorney explained. “He made sure the gun was not
moving anywhere and didn’t do anything because Mr. Dean was sort of coming at him. That
can be seen in the video.”

On Tuesday, a spokesperson for O’Mara said that he would no longer represent Zimmerman
in future cases, including charges resulting from the confrontation on Monday. The
spokesperson said that Zimmerman intended continue working on a defamation suit
Zimmerman had brought against NBC.

But wait... this story can't be true!  On this very message board, the Zimmerman Saga has been
officially declared DEAD!  OVER!  FINI!  Yet the B@stard keeps the story of his rage alive!

I'm not taking that bet. You know what's sad? Shellie getting this kind of 'victim' attention, and some woman, if the reports are true, lying dead on the floor of a welding shop and who cares? Schenectady is full of victims, let's all look away. Hey, George Zimmerman dropped a candy wrapper! Who saidthe story was over?

Lawyers who will represent lower income clients on big cases for the publicity will not take smaller cases with no money in them. Nothing new there.

For some the story isn't over, if Zimmerman left the toilet seat up that is breaking front page news for some like box. For most everyone else the Zimmerman story is over and done with. When he commits a real crime then post it.

Law practice management 101 for the lunk-headed clueless like Boxy...

By and large, Attorneys are specialists... Rarely does a felony criminal attorney like O'Mara delve into matrimonial and petty offense proceedings...
It's like having a oncologist delve into Cardiology...not too hard to figure out , is it?

O'Mara is not representing Zimmerman because Zimmerman's needs are out of his field of practice, and probably per hour rate as well..In addition, his caseload will be diminished since he made his name and is now a paid legal analyst for CNN.

Class dismissed...

Defense Attorney Mark O’Mara breaks up with George Zimmerman and says:
                                  “Pay me”

(As is often the case, lawyers will quit a case when their client won't follow instructions making their job
of defending them impossible.  Omara has reached such a point with Scumbag George Zimmerman)

Quoted Text
Continuing down George Zimmerman’s road to ruin, Mark O’Mara, the now ex-lawyer
for his client, has advised his client to “Pay” him.

Finding himself at the home of Zimmerman’s wife’s parents following a 911 call from Shellie
Zimmerman, Mr. O’Mara expressed his displeasure at the behavior of his client and announced
that he would no longer represent Mr. Zimmerman.
O’Mara was asked if he had any advice for Zimmerman, and he answered, “Pay me.”

Zimmerman carries a gun, as do many Floridians, so the fact that he has a gun isn't really news. Isn't there a Kardashian story they could be covering?

Early police reports said that Zimmerman DID NOT HAVE A GUN.
George's lawyer who was at the scene said that he did.

As with the Trayvon Martin murder, the police are again covering for Scumbag George.

not completely...
O’Mara will still be Zimmerman’s lawyer in a defamation suit pending against NBC and in the remaining motions stemming from the Trayvon Martin trial, including a motion to reimburse Zimmerman’s attorneys and a motion to censure the prosecution.

Also, the "quitting" is nothing but grandstanding since Zimmerman has not been indited on any other crime.
If he were. O'Mara could not simply quit... he would have to get court approval to be removed from the case.

Did he have a gun on his person or was there one in the house as anyone would expect him to have. I heard there is cameras in the home so what evidence did that reveal, my guess that is why they let him go and the wife refused to press charges.

Once Zimmerman was acquitted, his "case" was over. Zimmerman did not make it hard for the guy to defend him, he did follow instructions, and he was found not guilty. Then it isn't your lawyer any longer, read 55bird's post, unless Zimmerman had already retained him for another "case" they were done. Reading 55bird's newest post, there is a separate, new case. Not a "domestic'. You don't generally retain criminal defense attorneys for small civil actions, and big-time lawyers won't take your case unless there is a lot of publicity or lots of money in it.
The lawyer is in the news now, because he wants his money.

Zimmerman is a cash cow... Had OMara stuck around he could have made a bundle defending Zimmerman
in his next murder.
Scumbag George is a loose cannon and cannot be trusted to follow O'Mara's orders to keep a "low profile".

OMG, the lawyer was at the scene now? He threatened his family with a lawyer present? Does this make sense?
