You are right about the 2nd one, the neighborhood watch could make a rule however since they're volunteers there is nothing they could really do to enforce it, what could they do kick him out the group lmao

Yes.

Zimmerman is in jail just like the governor- Walker of Wisconsin was indicted. Box read it on a lib blog so he cut and paste it here. It must be true since a lib blog printed it. Great legal minds think alike.

And to Jerk Off Box, there was nothing unintelligible about my comment. You are a traitor to America and the Constitution you swore to uphold. You know that and we all know that. Peasant.

Look at the little troll try and try to actually say something!  Funny to watch!

How many times do I have to tell you juries decide FACTS?  An eye witness is EVIDENCE.  Man, how difficult is that concept is for some people to understand.  For a guy that worships science, I would think it would be easily understood.

Guys like you and joebxr want to keep on retrying cases when a jury decides what is FACT that you don't agree with.  Just admit it box, whatever that state prosecutors claim to be FACT is FACT.  You just need the right jury to agree with them.

One piece of evidence was missing from this trial... the eyewitness evidence of the man murdered.
Zimmerman was, just like OJ, found Not Guilty.  I'm OK with the jury's decision.

You don't agree he was NOT GUILTY of a crime.
STATED CLEARLY AND I STAND BY MY STATEMENT...TRY TO UNDERSTAND IT!
Then you suggested that the prosecution appeal because you thought a juror was coerced.
STAND BY MY STATEMENT AND THE CORRECTON TO IT...TRY TO UNDERSTAND IT!

I can explain it to you over and over...I just can't understand it for you!!!!

There was a witness. The girl on the phone with Trayvon.  It was the prosecutions star witness.  She said Trayvon thought Zimmerman was a creepy a** cracker that was going to rape his younger brother.  That's why Trayvon didn't go home and instead confronted Zimmerman.

Yes.

And if they did what would that do, that wouldn't of stopped him from being a concerned and active citizen, he would still have the same right to voice his concerns to police and protect himself, neighborhood watch doesn't have any special powers or authority.

An EYE WITNESS is a person who is at the scene and sees the event with his/her EYES!

Them the local prosecutor was correct not to charge Zimmerman in the first place.  There wasn't evidence that suggested Zimmerman committed a crime.

I'm still waiting for the evidence that you and Joebrx have that the jury didn't see that make Zimmerman a murderer.

You don't even acknowledge the evidence that shows Trayvon was profiling Zimmerman as a creepy a** cracker gay child rapist.  That's why Trayvon didn't go home, instead protected his little brother from the gay child rapist cracka.

The left wing nuts don't care about evidence or lack of evidence, they have already made up their mind and they can not tolerate anyone disagreeing with their prejudiced, predetermined decisions.

Obama and the Pelosi-Tonko crowd in DC have the audacity and gall to make a mockery of Civil Rights giants like Martin Luther King, Medgar Evers and Emmett Till by comparing this tragedy ... and yes it was and is a tragedy .. with the brutal, horrific assassinations of those Civil Rights giants.  Yes, it was a tragedy --- the greater tragedy is that irresponsible, left wingers are milking this for their own political aggrandizement. and attempting to "stir up the pot" in terms of race relations.

At this point, reasonable people can agree that BOTH Mr. Martin and Mr. Zimmerman exercised poor judgment which led to tragic consequences.  And as much as I support the 2nd Amendment (which I do wholeheartedly), I don't believe it was wise for a neighborhood watch person to be armed (although I don't know the neighborhood .. so I am not 100% convinced it was inappropriate)  even if state law allowed him to be armed.

Finally, all the arguing back and forth about the trial won't bring a dead person back to life, and the irresponsible fueling of the flames of racism by Obama, Sharpton, the media and others is not serving our nation well at all.
Yes, we need to continue to have a meaningful, constructive dialogue about race relations.
Yes, we need to continue working to fulfill the dream of a color-blind society where people are judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.

If you show me anywhere that I specifically say that he was guilty of murder, I'll answer your question...
so now put up or shut up with your word twisting game!

My opinion pretty much agrees with the jury.  Zimmerman was guilty of MURDER but the prosecutor
didn't prove it in the trial.

I have to assume the crime you meant, since you never are specific.  He was tried for murder, your words said you agree with the verdict but didn't think he was not guilty of a crime.  WELL JOEY, be a little more specific instead of making such vague comments.  Say HEY, I agree with the verdict but I think based on evidence that he is guilty of breaking THIS LAW.  Then name the law.  It's not very difficult.

It's not a word twisting game, it is having to make assumptions because of your REALLY POOR writing composition.

No it's CISSY's GAME....why do you have to assume anything??? Simple...because that's the game you play!!!
You are the one claiming I said something I didn't (as usual), and you can't prove your own statements
(as usual). My statements stand and you don't like it...well TOO BAD CISSY...sorry you can't have it your way!
If you don't like how I say things, then don't read them and don't respond to them. Instead you try to use them
as bait, and I don't play, so it pi$$e$ you off...TOO BAD!
So now, you claim I said he was guilty of murder...and you know it wasn't a true statement when
you made it....so who's playing the game CISSSSYYYY?????  Can't man up can you CISSSYYYY BOY!!!

Come on Joey, what crime you think he's guilty of.  You though the prosecution should retry him because you thought a juror was coerced.  What crime should the prosecution retry(if it wasn't unconstitutional)him with?  Murder 2 again?  Or the mystery crime you think he's guilty of?

You slap all this vague slop against the wall with no specifics.  And when a person attempts to respond to you, and your poor writing composition and inability to formulate a simple premise-conclusion argument.  You blame the person that can't understand your incoherent, poorly structured posts.

I'm sorry, I missed the rules that say we must post Cissy's way so that Cissy can distort our words and
play stupid games.....still can't man up CISSY BOY? Seems like you're the only one that can't understand what was written.
Funny how you claim that, but yet use it to spread lies!
Only poor structure is your feeble brain games....CISSY BOY GAMES!
Can't handle it?  Then don't read it.  I owe you no specific anything!
I said what I intended to say as I intended to say it....soooooo sooorrrrryyyyyy
it doesn't conform to your rules. Next time I'll use crayons to help you understand!!!
