(1) My comment about retrial was based on the Juror's comments and since then I was shown and agreed that it was not possible. My comment had nothing to do with the guilt or innocent...read the posting again (or have someone read it for your). How many times do I have to tell you juries decide FACTS? An eye witness is EVIDENCE. Man, how difficult is that concept is for some people to understand. For a guy that worships science, I would think it would be easily understood.
