It will be intersting to see if the prosecution takes her statement to appeal the jury decision.
She believes he got away with murder but voted there was not sufficient evidence...so the
prosecution could argue coercion and try to get verdict set aside on appeal.

In this Country, appeals are only for the defense in convictions, not for the prosecution, they have no recourse.....
As in the Knox trial in Italy, other countries have different rules...

But in the Zimmerman case, the system worked the way it should. The jury Issued a verdict based NOT on what they THOUGHT,, but what the evidence PROVED (or didn't).

King Barack and the Grooms of the Stool Pelosi, Tonko and the Democratic Congressional caucus have declared George Zimmerman guilty -- what need have we then of evidence or trials?

Wrong she is trying to change the story in hopes people might leave her alone, their names will eventually become public record and she fears for her life.

And now she has the GunHuggers hating her looking for revenge...

She told the truth.  If you remember, the original poll of jurors was 3 not guilty, 2 manslaughter,
and 1 murder...  They all felt Zimmerman was guilty of at least manslaughter, but there
wasn't enough evidence to prove it.
With out enough evidence, they had to let Zimmerman get away with MURDER.

You're right...only defense can appeal.
Seems like (hey Cissy...read this!!!!).......seems like if the defense can appeal then it would only
be fair that the prosecution be able to do same thing!!!

I agree with your verdict assessment...said same several times.

Using that logic, every scandal from IRS-gate, to the f-up in Bengazi, to fast and furious, I guess we had to let the Obama admin "get away with it" since there isn't enough evidence of their guilt.. right?

Republican invented 'scandals'... There is nothing to 'get away with'.

tell that to the families of the victims in Benghazi..
Clinton lied, people died...

as far as the  Zimmerman trial... Stupid fools listened to the race baiters and charged him murder 2.. the same type of thing that was done to the LA Cops in the Rodney King case...and they got the same result.. except the FLA prosecutors realized they were in deep Sh!t before the trial was over and threw up Manslaughter as a hail Mary...
The vast majority of attorneys in FLA not connected with the case knew the evidence was a joke from the start.
In fact, a majority of attorneys at my place of employment (liberal bastion) thought the case was a stretch..

Fast and Furious: executive privilege, Benghazi witnesses had to sign a non disclosure contract, IRS Lerner pleads the 5th, Hull says orders came from Obama appointed lawyer in WH, IRS illegally leaks private tax documents to lib media, DOJ uses unethical tactics to snoop on a reporters calls and e-mail. Nothing to see here move along.

Why would that seem fair?  The state makes the laws, enforces the laws, prosecutes the laws, and incarcerates.  And this is funded with an endless supply of money extorted from the citizens through taxation.

You think it is FAIR to baknkrupt a citizen by forcing them to pay for their defense AGAIN, because the prosecution which has VASTLY more resources than the citizen, didn't get a conviction the first time around?  Only a little tyrant like you would think that is an equal justice system.

On a side note:
Bankruptcies resulting from unpaid medical bills will affect nearly 2 million people this year—
making health care the No. 1 cause of bankruptcy.
Thank you again President Obama... Not only will ObamaCare bring health care to us all but
it will help prevent needless bankruptcy.

Yes, the corporate health insurance company CEO's thank you!  Millions in profit, by levying fines on healthy 20 year olds so boomers don't have to spend money to care for themselves.

Just wait until the younger healthier population gets the bill for all this low cost health-care and finds out that they were lied to. The elderly will get suffer with sub standard health-care and there will still be millions without health-care. There's never been any feel good program created by the government that has ever worked as it was supposed to and this program, along with Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid will bankrupt this country. Obama will leave someone else to solve all the problems that will be created by these programs.

The boomers have health care and a nest egg... it's the 20 somethings who get in a car wreck without
any health insurance and they lose everything... home, car, job, and end up $150,000 in debt with medical
bills.
A successful 20 or 30 something roofer who falls off a roof and spends 6 mo in the hospital with out
health insurance is the one who NEEDS health insurance help and in without Obamacare can't afford
health insurance.

Wow...did you forget that you said the Prosecutor should present evidence of innocence and stuff....
You insist that they present equal evidence...so shouldn't appeals apply to both sides????
Doing a flipper here or what?  You thought it was only fair, now your doing a flop!

OOPS...I'm so sorry....I FORGOT...it's Cissy's world!  Cissy says it it's ok...others say it, NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!
DONE!!!  Enjoy yourself!!!!
