Cicero, if you believe for one minute that the Chinese and Russians haven't mined
the info on his computers, then you are living in some other world!

Just think Cicero... maybe YOU are responsible for the death of this terrorist!  "CONGRATS"!

Box, you are the one who knows him intimately.  You know his every move and every action.  You are so sure that the extrajudicial execution wad warranted, it's as if you traveled with him.   I wanted to see the federal government use that antiquated 4th Amendment and bring evidence of treason.  The right to due process is sooooo twentieth century.

With the conviction you have about Al Awlaki's extrajudicial execution, leads me to believe your intimate relationship may have been the intel that Obama's lawyers needed to unleash the drones.

Wouldn't that be a conspiracy?  I thought you and box were not allowed to dabble in conspiracy?

You guys are so willing to connect dots that are not there and make assumptions with no evidence when defending your government.  You guys are great patriots.

If I knew your terrorist buddy's location in Yemen, I'd have disclosed it hoping this scumbag would be
captured or killed.  I would have much preferred to have him captured as a high ranking operative in
Al Qaeda, he may have aided in the end of even more terrorists.
Since his capture was nearly impossible, the Drone was appropriate.

You do not read words for what they are, do you. I clearly said, and only said, that China and Russia
can/have mined his computers....they don't need him to do it!

It is public/common/well documented that all countries engage in espionage of many types, including the US (DUH!!!!)
Data mining in China has been on the forefront for years...where have you been???
They don't need to TOUCH the computer to gain access and mine what information is on them.

Why would you capture him?  You already know he's guilty without having a shred of evidence, no sense of giving him a trial.  Unless you mean capture him and lock him up in Gitmo indefinitely, since that is what we to with the terrorists that the president determines doesn't need due process.

You didn't say that.  Re-read your post.  You CLEARLY said that "if you don't BELIEVE for one minute that the Chinese and Russians haven't mined info on HIS computers, then you are living in some other world".

I'm trying to find the 'can/have' part of that post.

You don't write words so well, or your memory isn't so well and you forget what you post.

Why would you troll this post???

Cic knows from previous posts, that I'd rather pick this terrorists brain, possibly leading to more Al Qaeda
terrorists.  If that option were impossible then fly a drone up his butt.

I will post it again, even though Cic knows what I'm going to post...
I support a SWAT Team killing a criminal if he is endangering others and there is no
practical way of capturing him.  The same applies to terrorists.

All that jiberish doesn't mean anything.  Whether captured or droned, the point is,  your mind was made up, he was guilty.

Droning a guy walking out of a cafe 10,000 away isn't quite the same as a SWAT hostage situation.  That is a little loose usage of "imminent threat".

Now you and joebxr have Snowden convicted of espionage based on BELIEFS that the Chinese and Russians hacked his computers for which we have no idea what information is on it.  And secondly, lets consider,  Snowden was able to get this information out if the NSA, communicate with journalist through encrypted email, then left the country with all these sensitive documents...But there is no way he can encrypt his computers to protect it from being hacked by the Chinese or Russians.

With what you know about Snowden, do you support an assassination order against him?

Memory is good..
writing is good...
was trying to be more elementary to try to get through to you!

You didn't take what was said...you had to do your usual and drag it to conspiracy instead.
That would imply that Snowden was doing for them....my statement is that THEY do it and don't need his help.

Now if that is not clear, I'm sorry. I'd love to try and explain it to you further,
but I don't have any crayons handy!!!

I think most legal experts agree... Snowden has committed a crime.  He may be a hero or a traitor but
the law considers his reported actions criminal.
Although Snowden's treason may cause deaths, that wasn't his intent.
Much like the target of a SWAT SHOOTING your BFFL Anwar al-Awlaki  was in the business of
KILLING AMERICANS.  His intent was to facilitate killing as many Americans as possible... the more
the better.

Well, your statement is the exact opposite.

IF YOU THINK THEY CAN BREAK THROUGH, OR THAT SNOWDEN(who stole classified documents from the worlds most secret spy agency) CAN'T ENCRYPT A COMPUTER TO PREVENT HACKING - AND WITH ZERO EVIDENCE OF ANY DOCUMENT GETTING INTO THE HANDS OF ANY FOREIGN GOVERNMENT - that is in fact fooling yourself.

My statement isn't opposite anything...they have the ability to hack into his computer and
mine the data without his help...you know that, so stop acting like a complete jacka$$...
You just want to play word games instead of trying to have intelligent discussion...play by yourself.

YOU refuse to believe the guy that took these documents from the NSA and was able to leak a program that intercepted phone and email records, yet they couldn't stop one of their own contractors.

It amazes me that you have more faith in the ability of these foreign governments to hack that information from his computers, and the American government couldn't prevent.

Here's one you flag waving patriots can say.

Snowden is such a smart AMERICAN that was able to sneak this information out of one of AMERICA's GREAT spy agencies, then he must be smart enough to keep them out of the hands of our ENEMIES.
