My son is old enough to choose his partner (male or female) without his dad's approval.
If the bathroom door is closed, I don't "walk in" on anyone.  If the door was open, I would request that
whoever is using the bathroom, close the door before urinating.

Personally, I don't care which one he/she uses.  I'm not obsessed with the issue.
If I didn't watch the movie, I would say the ladies bathroom.
You do realize that a percentage of the population is cross dressing or in the process of a sex change
or in some other way using the bathroom that is appropriate to their appearance.
So... While you are playing Bathroom Police, you probably have been in the men's room with
women and women have been in the ladies room with men... and didn't realize that it was happening.
