I see you don't have a response for your epic failure in trying shoe-horn me in into a particular party, so I'll help a little in understanding "some" of my core beliefs...

I am what I consider to be a social moderate, even leaning toward liberal,as such I support:

Gay rights
drug legalization
abortion rights
free contraception for all ...90%+ of all abortions are simply done for birth control, it's cheaper to do it this way.
Healthcare for all - but be honest that most WILL pay more so that the rest can get coverage.

I am more of a fiscal conservative, with some moderate tendencies..
I am for social aid...PROVIDED that substantial efforts are made to eliminate fraud, both from the provider and recipient. It may cost more do it this way, but it's proper thing to do...and for those that are able to work and can't find jobs? A public works program so society benefits from the money they give the recipients
Military intervention only for our national interests, and yes, some of those interests can be economic.
Balanced budget...spend only what you take in, to get out of this mess, caused by both parties, tax increases and budget cuts need to take place.

And some how you think that makes you unique!

I've voted for Republicans
I miss the old "fiscal responsible" Republican party that's been taken over by Mindless TeaBaggers
I (if allowed to) would have voted against ObamaCare (once the Single Payer option was removed.)
I support Strong Gun Laws and I support the 2nd Amendment.
I support US troops, (Not US WARS).  I support Veterans and their families.

When "Moderate Republicans" were still considered "REPUBLICANS" instead of RINO'S, I supported
some views of many Republicans.  Olympia Snow, John Lindsey, Christie Todd Whitman, Susan
Collins, George Pataki and more.
I even sent a check to John McCain's campaign to help get him on the NY Primary Republican Ballot.

LMAO!  Yea Tbird... You're "unique"!

Which part of the constitution allows the President to only execute the parts of the Bills he likes?  sh*t, he's overriding Obamacare law as we type.  I think legislation is now only recommendations.

No Cissy... you think "legislation" is a bad idea.  You're against all Govt remember???

Nice try at redirection, Boxy... you're a pro at that...
Let's go back to the post at hand...

You said the end of the temporary snap increase was a cut
I responded by saying the end of the temporary SNAP increase was not a cut
You countered by assuming (all non-DNC lock steppers think a like, you know) that if Obama ended the TEMPORARY Bush tax cuts, I would call it tax increase.. I responded that I would NOT... I also said that I don't consider the expiration of the payroll tax Holiday as a tax increase...
Bottom line? I am consistent in my opinion, REGARDLESS of who is in office...

Boxy, you should have saved this for Easter, because you just laid an egg.

Yea!  I Will!  As soon as you show me the JOBS BILL from the US Congress, or the
health care plan offered by the Repukes, or the cuts to SNAP so that kids will go
hungry!

Why would Congress need to pass some sort of JOBS Bill? I thought the Obama economic model was working as intended?

And how do we know those numbers are correct, Boxy? The Obama regime already admitted that it altered the unemployment rate to help win the 2012 election, as well as a multiple amount of others lies....."If you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan.....PERIOD!"

Article I of the Constitution, grants Congress the sole authority to enact legislation.

Oh no no no no no......Not anymore.

Where the fcuk have you been? This guy thinks himself king and has been flagrantly violating the Constitution to the point that it's really starting to make a lot of people nervous.

What gives him the unilateral power to alter the ACA and delay the business mandate? Or his changes to immigration law? Or weed laws?

You cried about Bush and powers, yet support a man that is starting to make Nixon look good.

Nah...You words are rarely consistent.  You blamed the fiscal republicans for trying to block the debt ceiling increase, then say you support fiscal responsibility.  Obama increased the nation debt by $6 TRILLION in 5 years. I guess when you use a nondescript phrase like "fiscal responsible" you can define it anyway you want.  Would $10 trillion in 5 years been fiscally irresponsible?

OK, just in case you're not 'kidding'...

The legislative process does not stop once a bill becomes law. Many laws must
be put into effect, or implemented, by an agency of the executive branch. Through a
delegation of his authority, the President makes an agency responsible for implementing
the law. The agency then can issue administrative regulations explaining how it intends
to put the law into effect and/or what a citizen must do to comply with the law.

But I just assumed that you knew that!

Cool!  So the next president can choose not to enforce tax laws that are passed?  So Obama's tax increase on the rich does not have to be enforced? AWESOME!!!

Congress just recommends laws, it really doesn't have to be followed to the letter of the law.  Talk about anarchy...

Activists urge Obama to go rogue, sidestep Congress

President Obama’s repeated use of presidential powers is causing a tough problem — his own supporters now expect him to use it to achieve everything they want.

From immigration to the minimum wage, congressional Democrats and liberal activists this week urged Mr. Obama to declare an end run around Capitol Hill, assert executive authority and make as much progress as he can on the expansive agenda he laid out for his second term.

A day after Mr. Obama denounced income inequality, progressive lawmakers said he should take the lead by issuing an executive order requiring all federal contractors to pay workers more than the minimum wage. A dozen lawmakers and immigration activists held a news conference outside the Capitol on Thursday asking him to halt all deportations as a down payment on an eventual immigration bill.

Sorry if you don't like US Law Cicero... but you keep forgetting... YOU DON'T WANT ANY LAW, NO GOVT
AND NO LAW THAT HAS AUTHORITY OVER YOU... REMEMBER?
How does this all impact you anyway... you don't recognize the US GOVT and want it DISBANDED!

For those who missed it... the US President is empowered to implement laws passed by congress:

OHHH...You don't like the Obama trickle up economy, where the government take money from the 99% and gives it to the 1%...As we've witnessed over the past 5 years, where banks and insurance companies were handed trillions of dollars, while the 99% saw an increase of food stamps and permanent disability.  This is a much healthier economy.
