Distrust toward police used to be isolated to the inner city poor minorities that were rapping lyrics like "fu(k the police".  These feelings are beginning to spread into white suburbia now that they can witness the ruthless violence they inflict on Americans.

But some like to say these are only a few bad apples, yeah right. Putting a badge on a person turns them into a$$holes who think they're above the law, watch this video, even after being shot multiple times and squealing like a pig he is still trying to give orders The gunman ended up putting a bullet through the cops eye killing him

Henry,
This video and your accompanying comments say much about you.

The video is an old one that most US cops have seen in training films.  The police all over the US use the video
to show what kind of 'crazy' a police officer may encounter and the worst way to handle it.
The shooter in this case was later arrested, found guilty of murder and sentenced to be executed.

When I first started on this board and heard your views on the police and the US govt, I thought of this
video and you.

The shooter was obviously an anti govt (like you) anti police (like you) and (like you) considered himself
above the law.  The guy was driving 100 mph when stopped by this cop.
When asked why the shooter killed the cop, his answer was "because he let me".

I thought of this video many times when I would read your extreme anti cop views.  The shooter may have
started out like you... then with enough "perceived injustice", a lifetime of hate for authority, a constant
drum beat of anti cop, anti govt propaganda sites and meetings, along with a few beers, he shoots a cop...
and the rest of his life in jail till he is executed.

He didn't "water the tree of freedom", or he didn't "stand up for his rights"... all he did was shoot a cop and
end his own freedom until he is killed for his crime.
No one (except you maybe) is cheering for his act.  IMO, most Americans and most on this board think the shooter
is a deranged psychopath and not a "freedom fighter standing up for his rights".

A long baseless rant, nobody is cheering this criminal or the criminals in the 1st video which you seemed to ignore, where is your anger of those cops who killed those unarmed men and received jokes as punishment. Why is there laws which value the life of costumed men more then others, why is there automatic charges when a cop gets killed but not when a cop murders a civilian.

I didn't watch the first video, but I remember it hitting the news when it happened.  Police brutality is
often what drives the Anti Govt Crazies to act and just increases the violence.
The punishment should fit the crime, no matter who is the criminal.

Are you saying that I'm FOR police brutality?

Box gets off on a man in uniform beating and killing unarmed people. He is a savage Nazi of the old order.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I did some research and found that term paper Graham labored on for months....

It was a total of 2 paragraphs!

"How I Spent My Summer Vacation!"

The Nazis always knew they would fare better with uneducated peasants like Box. They were correct in that regard. It is easy to get people like him to cheer on unfettered governmental power. Box, "unfettered" is a word you can search on Google.

Graham has one of those "Word A Day" calendars.  Every day he learns a new word.
His word for the day is "UNFETTERED".  It's been a huge help with Graham's lack of 'people skills' to
learn new words that will aid in his insults.

You didn't watch the video figures, if you did you would know it was dozens of clips showing cops killing and beating citizens. Video cameras are now showing the world what type of country we really live in so it should be no surprise if citizens don't trust the cops or want to be prepared if they have to deal with these nutcases on power trips. Even the video I posted who makes the 1st aggressive move, the cop started walking forward with his hand on his pistol, is that ok with you, would you feel safe if you were walking down a street and a stranger walking towards you pulled out a gun while approaching you, I doubt it. However you expect citizens to feel safe when police do it even though videos like above show them killing unarmed people. You can't have it both ways, if a citizen can't act like a thug neither can the police, if they do I feel no remorse for them when they get gunned down on the side of the road.

So everyone gets the treatment they deserve determined by the worst member of that group???

If a criminal acts like a thug... by your logic, the cops can take down anyone they suspect to
be a criminal, based on the worst case of their group
And if a cop acts like a thug... by your logic, the civilians can take down any cop based on the worst
case of their group.

Some cops are bad, some are excellent, probably most are reasonably good at their job.
Some civilians are bad, some are excellent, but most are reasonable people.

If you blame all cops by the actions of a few...
aren't you doing what you accuse the bad cops of doing?

So if a deputy sheriff is a 'thug' and abuses the civilian population... and his buddy a state trooper is
a very good cop, and also an OathKeeper, Anti Govt Crusader and card carrying member of the John
Birch Society....
When that Trooper gets "gunned down on the side of the road", you will feel no remorse...

Even for you Henry... that makes no sense!

To quote your post:  You can't have it both ways,

Do you believe it possible that the Vietnam vet that shot the cops felt his life was being threatened?

If the cop shot the veteran before the veteran shot him, I imagine based on previous posts you would have felt it was justified because the cop felt his life was being threatened.  But when a cop draws his gun on a citizen, the citizen is not supposed to feel his life is being threatened, regardless of the evidence there are "bad cops" that may use unwarranted lethal force.

You can't admit that there a cops that will use excessive and lethal force, and then say citizens don't have the right to protect themselves from them.

You can't have it both ways.  Unless you believe citizens must be subjected to police violence administered by the "bad cops" and cannot defend their right to life.
