None of my arguments are about Due Process... Your BFFL was KILLED, not Executed. Just as Adolph Hitler would have been killed, or if possible captured. A SWAT team KILLS Americans when they are an extreme danger to the public and there is no practical way to capture... Your Terrorist buddy would have been captured if possible, but since that was impossible, he was killed by a drone instead of a SWAT.

SWAT teams are not suppose to "kill" unless the public or themselves are in immediate danger. I hope they aren't hunting down Americans that they "think" is about to commit a crime with the premeditation of "killing" them. An unmanned drone at 30k feet flying over a country a world away isn't in imminent danger, and neither is the American public. It's an execution. Or premeditated murder if committed by a mundane not wearing the government costume.
