Napolitano is a FoxSnooze hack, but in this case I agree with his point about the defendants rights.

Napolitano argues the alleged Boston bomber must be granted his rights under the Constitution.

In this case, Napolitano (and you) agree with the Left:

That's a funny post.  Sciene is an occupation of skepticism.  They use evidence and continuous experimentation  to validate a hypothesis.  But the average citizen like the cashier at Walmart must accept all information written in newspapers or on television as FACTUAL without using the same skepticism.

So if you don't believe the skeptics(scientists), you're a right wing conspiracy nut.  Unless you are accredited by the government and allowed to be skeptical.

Although nearly all domain experts agree that carbon dioxide emissions are
altering the world’s climate, segments of the public remain unconvinced by the
scientific evidence.
Internet blogs have become a platform for denial of climate
change, and bloggers have taken a prominent role in questioning climate science.
We report a survey of climate-blog visitors to identify the variables underlying
acceptance and rejection of climate science.
Our findings parallel those of previous work and show that endorsement
of free-market economics predicted rejection of climate science.

Again - your left-wing nut thinking causes you to get confused and post stupid things.  There IS a difference between "having to" brandish or use a weapon and wishing that one could have one to protect one's self, family and property.  Massachusetts has some of the toughest gun laws in the nation --- but those laws did NOT stop the cowardly islamist terrorists from obtaining weapons illegally.  No gun law will stop that --- especially since Obama not only doesn't enforce the existing gun laws  -- he ok'ed his own FBI to break the law and sell guns to Mexican drug dealers.

So I do believe that there are many people -- even those brainwashed liberals in Massachusetts who wish that they had a gun or guns to protect themselves.

The Obama-Reed-Pelosipalosers want to legalize pot and unlimited abortion  -- yet make it illegal for others to freely practice their religion or own a gun or choose what food or drink to have.   It is a regular three ring circus in D.C.

I'm amazed... but not surprised.
Your hatred of your own govt is what drives your agenda, and IMO blinds you from any reasonable
views.
You see conspiracy at every turn.  Any press release no matter how bizarre is FACT if it fits your
agenda.
There are no terrorists except your own govt.
There are no mistakes by the FBI, only intentional acts to subvert the constitution.
Everything is a conspiracy.

Box your use of conspiracy and hatred is getting old.

In most "terrorist" cases the FBI HAS been involved beforehand.  Look no further than Albany.

As for the Boston bombing not saying they were involved but first they denied any contact with the older brother but then it came out that yes they had "talked" to him a couple years back. and found no problem with him.

(CNN) - The surviving suspect in last week's Boston Marathon bombings, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, "will not be treated as an enemy combatant," but rather will be prosecuted "through our civilian system of justice," White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters Monday afternoon.

"Under U.S. law, United States citizens cannot be tried in military commissions," he said.

Terrorist Attack Averted In Canada

Quoted Text
The RCMP appear to have thwarted a plot by two men along with the US Dept. of Homeland Security.

Canadian police and intelligence agencies will announce multiple arrests on Monday after an
operation to thwart a "major terrorist attack," the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation reported,
citing unidentified "highly placed" sources.

The operation was coordinated with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the FBI,
CBC said.Canada's national police agency was expected to hold a news conference later on
Monday to give details of the alleged plot.Law enforcement officials said the suspects have
no connection to the two brothers accused of bombings at the Boston Marathon last week,
CBC said.

Let me guess????
THE FBI DID IT!

No, they just trained them to be capable of carrying it out like teaching them how to build explosives, then arrested them before they become operational.

Sh!t box, the NRA doesn't even do THAT!
