Here is a guy who is also restrained getting pepper sprayed, notice the sick enjoyment the one officer is getting from it, then to make it worse they put a spit mask over his face without first neutralizing the spray, this same action has led to deaths before.

Face it Henry, the officer in this video was in the process of arresting 3 criminals when he was shot and killed for no reason. They weren't abuseing the criminals, or mistreating them in any way.
