Are you really so blind that you believe that the gun is the evil weapon and not the idiot behind the trigger. In NYS they do take your guns away when you make a threat against another. There's no proof that it will save your life if the person wants to kill you.

Remember, all it takes to get a restraining order is accusing someone and asking the court. There is no trial, no due process, none of those protections we firmly believe in. It's also grossly naive to think that someone who is murderous will "surrender their weapons" voluntarily.
This is another "blame the men" article in the court of public opinion. I'm disappointed, that of all papers, our liberal lady in grey advocates stripping rights without even a trial.
