Jeb, although much better qualified than George Worst Bush, is damaged goods. I doubt he will ever be taken seriously as a presidential candidate. He may serve in other functions, but not as the Commander in Chief, or VP.
I think you are giving the GOP to much credit, there are those who get hard ons with the thought of another Bush in office
