From the GunHuggers "Black Snake Militia" website:
Who We Are Not:
We are NOT anti-government radicals.
We DO NOT advocate anarchy.
We are NOT anti-law enforcement.
We are NOT racists.
We are NOT terrorists.
We are not vigilantes.

(Looks like they lied!)

This case is already sounding like the Hutaree case, a lot of might haves and could haves already being used The FBI and JTTF love to exaggerate their cases.

They could wait until someone is killed before they arrest these domestic terrorists, and then you'd
complain that they knew and did nothing.

How is mental illness and your venereal disease treating you today, Box A Rox?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Graham is so frustrated by his position as the 'board douche' that he occasionally lashes out at
random posters.
A nice cup of tea, Graham and some relaxing music may help.  Try not to think too much today,
it only aggravates your condition.

Just like the hutaree case they tried to say they stopped a threat from taking place, only to find out it was bs, my guess he will plead guilty to weapons charges and serve time served since they will drag this case out.

isn't that what America is....freedom til death do us part.....anyone/thing could claim terrorism just to keep the fear level
up....

am I fearful? sure...are you? probably just as much as the next guy...but who gets to decide our level of tolerance to fear?

that's a dangerous weapon to put into the experts hands...

A convicted felon with a weapon is a crime.  Even with all of Senders random words strung in phrases...
A convicted felon with a weapon is a crime. The weapon? An assault rifle of course.
Pipe bombs?  Everyone needs a pipe bomb... right??? Don't we???
Molotov cocktails? In the United States, Molotov cocktails are considered "destructive devices"
under the National Firearms Act and regulated by the ATF.
Member of the "black snake militia'... Probably not a crime... just guilty of being extraordinarily stupid!

GunHugger shoots Assault Rifle at police.

Quoted Text
LONGMONT — A 28-year-old Longmont man is in critical condition after firing multiple rounds with
an AR-15-style rifle at a Longmont police officer.

Police say the 36-year-old police officer pulled the suspect over during a traffic stop for driving without
his headlights
on just before 2:15 a.m.

According to a press release issued by the Longmont Police Department, the suspect immediately
stopped his vehicle, got out his vehicle, "advanced on the officer and began firing multiple rounds
at the officer with an AR-15-style rifle."

The release says the officer then got out of his vehicle and returned fire, shooting the suspect at
least three times.

The suspect was initially taken to Longmont United Hospital but was later flown by helicopter to
Denver Health Medical Center where he is in critical condition.

The officer, who has been with the Longmont Police Department for four years, was not injured.

and another 40 were murdered with a gun the same day (on per day average) in the US... statistically, 39.7+ of them with something other than an assault rifle.

At close range and with the shooter advancing on the police, as this appears it was, with well
trained police in vests... IMO the advantage was with the police.

The GunHugger shot at police because they stopped him driving without his headlights on...

Ten people were hurt Tuesday night when a gun show
worker fired a shotgun into the floor, thinking the weapon had been loaded
with dummy ammunition.

(No Surprise There)

Quoted Text
Seven people were treated at the scene for minor injuries. Three men, ages 81, 60 and
14 were transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.

A 69-year-old St. Charles man was reportedly handling the shotgun when it went off. The man
believed he had placed a “snap cap” in the barrel, a device used to protect the gun’s firing pin
when it is in storage. Pointing the barrel of the gun at the floor, the man pulled the trigger,
only realizing that he had placed a live shell into the weapon’s chamber when the gun went
off, spraying lead shot into the floor, which ricocheted upward, injuring bystanders and the
shooter.
