Key finding:
"Now just 22% of Americans, nearly a record low, consider themselves Republicans."

These results mirror a Bloomberg poll released last night.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/.....n-sequester/1934233/

USA today and Bloomberg both make the claim, but fail to show the actual poll supporting their Left wing propaganda.

Please provide the poll results showing 22% of all Americans identify with Republicans.

Keep in mind that 22% of all Americans is over 69 million.

Show the questions and results.

Trust no claims. Show us the facts.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

That link only states a claim. No poll data is provided.

Without the facts, it's an unsubstantiated claim.

Please provide facts to prove you and USA today's claims.

No such poll exists on USA today or Bloomberg's server.

That makes it propaganda.

You have posted a knowingly unsubstantiated claim twice.

You misquoted them. They claimed:

Today, just 22% of citizens identify as Republicans.

Well there are 315 million citizens. 74 million registered Democrats.

That is 23% of citizens identifying themselves as Democrats.

Now what is the ignorant point you are trying to propagandize?

23% of citizens identifying themselves as Democrats.

L4L, don't you get it?  They have to over-state the participation in the fraudulent selection process to run the government.

If you look at your original statistics, it shows how many Americans are not affiliated with either major party. The number of registered voters outside of the two major parties is greater than the number of registered republicans or registered democrats.  But since they don't have the corporate funding and the two parties make the rules, their choice is either a major party candidate or not voting at all.

It's a banana republic. What do we export?  Our DEBT in dollars as the world reserve currency.

Banana republic is a political science term for a politically unstable country whose economy is largely dependent on the export of a single limited-resource product, such as fruits or minerals. It typically has stratified social classes, including a large, impoverished working class and a ruling plutocracy that comprises the elites of business, politics, and the military. This politico-economic oligarchy controls the primary-sector productions and thereby exploit the country's economy.

Repeating unsubstantiated claims doesn't make it turn into a fact.

I at least showed my math for my claim.

You repeatedly provide a link to nothing related to your claim.

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Some on this board juggle the numbers in a vain attempt to show their posts to be valid...
Sad.

The number of American citizens... of which how many are even registered???
Or how many are children not eligible to vote???
The FACTS remain from the USA TODAY/Pew Research Center Poll

Now just 22% of Americans, nearly a record low consider themselves Republicans.

If you have a problem with the USA/Pew Research poll, be sure to contact them and tell them
how they are in error...
I'm sure your math skills and poll expertise will impress them!

I would welcome a reasonable alternative to the 2 party system.  So far only a few have ever managed to break
the 1% mark... and Ron Paul isn't one of them.

If the Republican party doesn't change, it will be as relevant as the Paul campaign was... lots of noise,
but no real accomplishments.  At best the fringe candidates like Paul can influence the other two
parties to bend slightly.

The Republican party used to stand for something... They were fiscal conservatives and a balancing
influence on politicians.  Today they are either going to change into a relevant force, or join Ron Paul
on the sidelines.

I would prefer a strong opposition to the Democrat party from any "reasonable" group... Republican
Independent, Libertarian etc...
Politics is always in flux and with out a strong opponent to keep them honest, the Dems will suffer.

I'm glad that you see it that way Henry.  The Fringe voters probably DO see the system that way.
For the vast majority of Americans... there is a huge difference between the Dems and the Reps.

Follow your fringe candidate if you want to Henry... extremists will always have a certain following,
and following the outliers will keep them from interfering with actual politics.
