Don't never, ever call the cops. Don't ever never let them find out who you are.

I don't fear them, you do.

When things finally go down with our totally screwed up nation, you will be the first biatches hiding under a rock.

Won't that attitude hinder you when you have to shoot them with your assault rifle because they've come to take your rights away?
Oh, that's right, they are only doing their jobs, as part of Obummers goon squads.
Ya know who else used that defense?

I remember people protesting police brutality back in the 60s, and 70s, and we thought it was pretty bad that they hit you with a nightstick.
Now, they just shoot you.
If something like May 4, Kent State happened today, (yeah, I know, it was the N.G.) it would blow over in about a week, because that behaviour has become so prevalent, that people have come to expect it, and sadly, have become used to it.

Cops these days, are (for the most part, there's always that 5%) complete chicken shiat bullies.
They whine on, and on, about 'putting their life on the line, every day', when in fact, nationwide, less than 200 cops died last year while on the clock. More than half of them, died from driving like loonies, when they weren't even chasing somebody, or responding to a call.
Case in point: The cop that hit the pole driving down Broadway hill, "responding" to a motorcycle accident on Union St., which was nothing in his sector, or anything that required his attention.

Organizations and individuals give the greatest rewards to those who make the greatest commitment
to their objectives. The greatest power goes to those who commit violence against the innocent. The
ultimate expression of power is the power over life and death. People acquire deadly beliefs
incrementally. The decriminalization of abortion, where deceived mothers willingly participate in the
killing of their own children. War, one of the greatest acts of deception, whereby people are
programmed to accept systematic killings by certain events used to justify these killings. The
escalating reasons to justify death is at an all time high. Society has been programmed to accept
death with a good reason, even when the reasons are total fabrication. Police are now allowed total
freedom to use force on people for not obeying their verbal commands, escalating incrementally
until they are killed by the police if they continue to fail to obey. The police actions are investigated
by totally biased members of the same organization. The results unsurprisingly favor fellow police
officers, unless there is overwhelming hard evidence. Even then the police will be found to have
followed procedure.

You can bastardize a whole organization that condones crime and corruption and awards itself powers that are illegal, without bastardizing all of its members, however. I hate Communism, hated the former Soviet Union, never hated the Russian people. That would be as foolish as saying I hate myself because of all the corruption going on in Schenectady.
BTW, when it is illegal to drive while on the phone, that means that someone who gets killed doing just that, is not a hero. That doesn't mean that I hate the guy and don't think it's a shame he died, it just means that it shouldn't be covered up for one person and not another, because of a person's career choice.

This is very true. It is however, impossible to know which type that you have encountered,
until you become a victim. New technology now allows you to be prepared for any type of
encounter. Installing Skype in your computer, and setting it to auto answer all calls from
persons on your contact list will allow you to call from your smartphone when being stopped
by police or anytime you want audio and video documentation of any event. The software
that I recommend is Evaer Skype video recorder. It will automatically record all Skype audio
or video calls. You can select the option to record both parties of the call to separate files as
well. This will give you a saved file off-location from the recording event. Whatever your
smartphone sees will be saved at the remote location. This means that even if the phone
is taken from you, you will still have your evidence at the remote location.

You may have seen the Russian meteor videos that were taken by dash cams that record
everything and save the video. Russians are required by insurance companies to have dash
cams in use at all times. This data can be used as evidence during accidents or other matters.
Dash cams have audio recording capabilities and many combine the cam with a GPS display.
Cheap dash cams start at $40 and GPS type start around $120. The video is saved to an SD
card and transferred to a computer when needed. They will recycle record based on your
settings and SD card storage capacity, whereby the camera will overwrite old video with current
video, eliminating the need to ever take the SD card out unless there is a specific event you
want to transfer to a computer. Some dash cams also come with a swivel mount to turn the
camera to face the side window during a traffic stop.

Didn't find anything states tht Russian Insurance requires them.

Quoted Text
New York Blogger Marina Galperina, who originally hails from Russia, wrote a fascinating piece last year about Russia's dash cam culture. Galperina called the cams "Russia's last hope for civility and survival on the road." The country's roads are "perilous" and, she wrote, "psychopaths are abundant." However Galperina also points to police and government corruption as a driving force behind the Russian dash cam explosion.

"The Russian Highway Patrol is known throughout their land for brutality, corruption, extortion and making an income on bribes. Dash-cams won’t protect you from being extorted for cash, because your a** shouldn’t have been speeding. It will however keep you safer from drunks in uniform, false accusations and unreasonable bribe hikes."

Galperina also notes that along with all the posts on YouTube, numerous Russian Web sites have sprung up to host videos of these uncut crashes and accidents and many of the videos are horrifying. It's not all bad, however. "There are moments of humanity among the crashes, in between the skidding, the burning, the kicking," wrote Galperina, "There are dash-cam videos with happy endings."

Quoted Text
It’s not all the fault of the elements, though. Corruption is rampant in the Russian Federation, and that’s led most motorists to take matters into their own hands. It’s not uncommon for a driver to be pulled over by the notorious Russian Highway Patrol (GAI) and harassed into paying a bribe. Dash cams afford at least a little protection from baseless accusations.

Lax law enforcement has also made is easier for organized crime to make millions from insurance scams. It’s a straightforward racket — crashes can be staged, or already damaged cars presented as evidence of a crash that never even occurred. The perpetrators can certainly produce witnesses that corroborate their version of events.

These scams became so common that Russian auto insurance companies have started denying claims with little reason. Buying a good policy that covers damage to your own vehicle is now prohibitively expensive for most drivers. When almost everyone is stuck with liability coverage only, no one is keen to take responsibility for an accident. Hit-and-runs and straight up lying about the cause of a crash are extremely common.

Unlike the Communist USA, Russia does not require car insurance at all.

However, having insurance and having an accident without a dash cam will result in massive
insurance costs for you. It is highly recommended and is used by a majority of drivers.

Russia will arrest you and put you in jail if you can't pay for damages from an accident that
you cause.

So, you are correct, it isn't mandatory, yet it is implemented nationwide because of fraud
and corruption that will cost you dearly if you don't cover your a**.

In the US it may provide evidence of innocence in criminal matters as well as in accidents.

Dash cams should be a factory installed item in new cars. In the US they install cameras
so lazy people don't have to look behind themselves when backing up.

The use of dash cams in Russia is based on the topic of the other thread titled,
'Don't trust anything unless you can prove it'

Have a dash cam or be a victim of fraud, corruption or abuse.

The same applies here in the US.

Just point on your comment...
I installed backup camera on my car....and contrary to your opinion, it has nothing at all to
do with lazy. Rear vision on some newer vehicles is severely hampered.
My installation is for safety and avoid potential accidents.
