Bump firing has been around for years and no this is still not considered a full auto gun. There is a version of this stock you can buy and it comes with a letter from the ATF saying it is legal, the reason it is legal is because the gun is still just firing 1 round per pull of the trigger, basically it is still a semi auto, if you wish to ban this you would have to ban people with fast trigger fingers Me and my friend were bump firing some of our rifles before and someone called the cops, next thing we knew 2 cops were pulling up next to us, they were cool though and knew what we were doing, we asked them if they wanted to blow off a few rounds but they smiled and said they couldn't, not when they were on the clock, you could tell they wanted to. Then they said have fun and stay safe and we continued to do just that as they drove away. |
