Henry wants to disarm the police. If Henry can't own an assault weapon... then the cops (who need them) can't have them either.
Citizens have to face the criminals before the cops do, when you call the cops that means a crime is already in progress, does it make sense to disarm the people who need it first?

Hell no I wouldn't let someone I don't know use my firearms. If that cop doesn't know how to use it or screws up and kills a kid by accident I could be held responsible for giving it to him. I shot with cops before and trust me not all of them are crack shots like you would expect
